オーナーさんがすぐに電話に出てくれるので、何かあったときも助かった

Osaka area is a very modern up to date area many modern conveniences
Pros:

Very comfortable quiet area.
Close to shops convenience stores.
Only 20mins walk to the nearest station

Cons:

Room was slightly smaller than I expected but still comfortable.

リーズナブルで、快適、清潔でした。
Pros:

とてもリーズナブルでした。
WiFiやテレビもあり、お部屋でリラックス出来ました。
部屋は綺麗で、快適でした。

Cons:

トースターが使いたかったのですが、オープンスペースには電子レンジのみ。共用キッチンは予約制で、使えませんでした。
あと、アメニティの補充ができていなかった（めん棒）
歯磨き粉は明らかに、時間が経ちすぎて、中身が固まっていて使えませんでした。
ティーバッグがあり、砂糖も置いてありましたが、マドラーが無くて、困りました。

We liked the layout, very clean, the bathroom was big

Cons:

The standard futon was terrible. It felt like sleeping on the ground, but we paid an extra 1000¥ for an extra futon set and recieved a better futon. It is not sound proof at all.

The customer service was more than wonderful. The employee who greeted us was extremely polite, courteous, helpful, and sophisticated. She was very helpful. The place is also wonderful.

Pros:

It was a nice, quite and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. Having the option to be picked up from the airport or the nearest train station is a very convenient service. I also got some good recommendations for the local area from the person who picked me up from the airport, which was really helpful.

Perfect value
Pros:

Top notch, great stay. The manager is very kind. Highly recommend. They have shuttle to the airport as well for about 400 yen per person.

Pros:

万博期間中にも関わらず価格も安く清潔で良かったです。
2連泊でしたが、タオルが交換されておらず、電話をしてタオル置き場から自分でタオルを取ってくることで対応しました。そこはちょっと残念。
あと駐車場が少し停めづらいかな。
