Genuinely excellent. Great place very clean and cute
Pros:

The manager was excellent. Very welcoming and kind

Cons:

Maybe a smart screen tv would be cool but that’s being extra picky, doesn’t really need one. WiFi is excellent so phone works fine

大大大満足‼️また泊まりたい‼️
Pros:

新しく綺麗！広さはゆったりとしていてよかった。トイレと洗面も広い。
オーナーさんがすぐに電話に出てくれて親切でありがたかった。
姿見がちゃんとあってよかった。

Cons:

入口の階段が急で84歳の母が登りにくかったです。それと、洗面台の鏡が155cmの私でギリギリなくらい高い位置で、142cmの母は全く見えなかった。くらいかな？

It was a lovely room with lots of thoughtful touches, and easy self check-in process.
Pros:

Cleanliness, water glasses, fancy toilet (seat warmer)

Cons:

Fridge was a bit loud, we ended up unplugging it during the night. The light outside that came through the blinds a bit (we were in room 2 with a window facing the top road)

Excellent place to stay, with super friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff who picked us up from airport and also helped us access local places by dropping us off and picking us up. Staff also pointed out local places to eat and places to visit. Train station about a 20 min walk. Nice and quiet place to stay. Very clean and affordable. Highly rated and would stay again when we re visit Japan!

Osaka area is a very modern up to date area many modern conveniences
Pros:

Very comfortable quiet area.
Close to shops convenience stores.
Only 20mins walk to the nearest station

リーズナブルで、快適、清潔でした。
Pros:

とてもリーズナブルでした。
WiFiやテレビもあり、お部屋でリラックス出来ました。
部屋は綺麗で、快適でした。

Cons:

トースターが使いたかったのですが、オープンスペースには電子レンジのみ。共用キッチンは予約制で、使えませんでした。
あと、アメニティの補充ができていなかった（めん棒）
歯磨き粉は明らかに、時間が経ちすぎて、中身が固まっていて使えませんでした。
ティーバッグがあり、砂糖も置いてありましたが、マドラーが無くて、困りました。

Pros:

We liked the layout, very clean, the bathroom was big

Cons:

The standard futon was terrible. It felt like sleeping on the ground, but we paid an extra 1000¥ for an extra futon set and recieved a better futon. It is not sound proof at all.
