Pros:

Staff were good and helpful but cleanliness was not. They gave me expired tea bags with fungus and had gravy spread in wardrobe.

Cons:

Wifi never worked.
Hot water issue was there. Sometime it worked and someone it didn't. Had to call them again and again.

Pros:

Had a great time at the Misty villa in Lonavala. The place was clean and very peaceful. Pool was nice and the view was amazing. Good for a weekend trip with friends or family. Would love to visit again!
