Pros:

Bon accueil. Chambre prête tôt, cool, car étions en moto et appréciable de pouvoir se changer.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Chambre assez grande et équipée correctement.
SDB propre.

Cons:

Piscine très petite mais appréciable après 3h de marche. Dommage, pas de restaurant le soir en semaine

Empfehlenswertes Hotel in Kandersteg zu einem fairen Preis
Pros:

Obwohl, wie der Name ja schon sagt, das Hotel nicht mehr das neueste ist, ist alles in einem tadellosen Zustand. Das Frühstücksangebot ist vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Wir würden das Hotel wieder wählen, wenn wir in Kandersteg sind.

Cons:

Wenn die Zimmernachbarn laut sind, bekommt man schon etwas mit.

Bel hôtel mais mal insonorisé
Pros:

Grande chambre, vue montagne, personnel sympathique, bon petit déjeuner, spa, proximité de la telecabine

Cons:

Mais hôtel bruyant, mal insonorisé. On a entendu les personnes des 2 chambres de l´étage inférieur parler fort jusqu'à passé 1h du matin malgré nos demandes de faire moins de bruit. Dommage, ça a gâché notre séjour.

Très bon petit déjeuner, très diversifié
Grande chambre avec grand balcon
Accès au complexe piscine hammam sauna inclus dans le prix.
Personnel polyglotte.

Cons:

Mauvaise foi de la part d'une employée lorsque nous avons fait état d'une tâche sur le drap-housse, et qui nous a formellement soutenu que le lit était propre avant que nous enlevions la couverture, et que cette tâche organique (selon eux) était de notre fait. Il semble plus que la tâche soit une brûlure, mais le personnel n'en démord pas et nous a même rappelé après le séjour...

Pros:

Seiler’s Vintage wurde gelungen zum Markenzeichen gemacht. Wir hatten mit Upgrade ein schön grosszügiges Zimmer mit Balkon, Parkplatz. Super Lage, Frühstück und Wellness (renoviert, nicht vintage:)

Cons:

Für uns etwas zu harte Matratzen, keine Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank, was bei den hohen Temparaturen dieses Sommers schon fehlte, nur mit offenem Fenster Kühlung, welches leider zu wenig Verdunkelung ermöglichte. Wir waren auch erstaunt, in der roten Zone wegen Bergsturzgefahr des spitzen Steins zu übernachten, was offenbar den Grossteil des Dorfs betrifft.
