Pros:

櫃檯和打掃的服務人員都很親切，房間外面就是美景，早上用餐的時候還有外帶區，可以自己打包三明治外帶，去厄西嫩湖爬山肚子餓的時候可以吃。

Good stay
Pros:

Great location for good hikes around Oeschinensee lake, we got a room with a view to the mountains which was lovely, great breakfast there are quite few different options, nice coffee.

Cons:

It was a bit strange that hotel does not have ironing facility for clothes, so definitely need to bring your own iron, furthermore, one day they were smoking meat outside the hotel and all smokes and the smell of it went into all front located rooms which I think is not nice, should do it somewhere in the back of the hotel.

Very satisfying
Pros:

I like the living area. They have nice and classic music box. You could play piano in the living area. Hosts are kind and friendly. Hiking trails nearby are fantastic.

Pros:

Lindo, charmoso, confortável, vista linda, parece um conto de fadas!
Café da manhã sensacional, funcionária que nos atendeu no café da manhã foi incrível… parece que ela também fala espanhol ou português!
Piscina coberta (mas não quente), e sauna muito boa e bonita!
Tudo incrível!

Should we return to Kandersteg, this is our place!
Pros:

We loved the location and the room with mountains view. Also, the breakfast was very good and we had one of the best sleeping time in months! SPA is very relaxing and we loved that too

Cons:

The pool in the SPA could have been better, and the water was a little too cold for us.
