Cons:

Mauvaise foi de la part d'une employée lorsque nous avons fait état d'une tâche sur le drap-housse, et qui nous a formellement soutenu que le lit était propre avant que nous enlevions la couverture, et que cette tâche organique (selon eux) était de notre fait. Il semble plus que la tâche soit une brûlure, mais le personnel n'en démord pas et nous a même rappelé après le séjour...

Pros:

Seiler’s Vintage wurde gelungen zum Markenzeichen gemacht. Wir hatten mit Upgrade ein schön grosszügiges Zimmer mit Balkon, Parkplatz. Super Lage, Frühstück und Wellness (renoviert, nicht vintage:)

Cons:

Für uns etwas zu harte Matratzen, keine Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank, was bei den hohen Temparaturen dieses Sommers schon fehlte, nur mit offenem Fenster Kühlung, welches leider zu wenig Verdunkelung ermöglichte. Wir waren auch erstaunt, in der roten Zone wegen Bergsturzgefahr des spitzen Steins zu übernachten, was offenbar den Grossteil des Dorfs betrifft.

Very disappointing experience. One room had an extremely low ceiling above the shower, making it uncomfortable and impractical to use, and the bathroom light initially did not work. The hotel fixed the light but refused to change the room, suggesting we use the spa shower instead. When we objected, we were told to accept it or leave. The spa was later closed, so we could not shower at all. Poor customer service and not acceptable for a paid hotel room.

Opladeren til elbiler virkede ikke (der var ikke strøm i boksen). Receptionisten kunne ikke hjælpe og ville ikke finde nogle der kunne, så vi måtte desværre køre derfra uden særlig meget strøm…

Szuper csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek.
Pros:

Elsősorban a tisztaság tetszett! A személyzet kedvessége. A foglalási időpont előtt érkeztünk és nem okozott problémát hogy leparkolhassunk a hotelnél.

Nem volt hajbalzsam a hotel fürdőszobájában.

Einfach schön und gemütlich
Pros:

Schöne und komfortable Zimmer. Wir hatten sogar ein upgrade.
Das Frühstück war excellent.

Cons:

Schade, dass das Restaurant nur am Wochenende offen hat. Es wäre wunderschön gewesen, auf die Terrasse zu Abendessen.
