Сезон закончился, поэтому не работал ресторан на ужины. Но мы были предупреждены заранее.

Frühstück war sehr gut, leider musste man für Rühreier extra bezahlen ausser am Freitag und Samstag, Servierpersonal manchmal ein wenig launisch

Cons:

Reception war nicht immer besetzt, am Abend unter der Woche kein Service, auch nicht an der Bar

Pros:

Very lovely hotel, the room was very clean and beautiful. Staff was very friendly and clear about the information provided. Our dog was welcomed and they got us a dog bed in the room.

Cons:

We loved the pool and spa area. However we thought the pool was heated but it was not. Possibly it's written in the information and didn't notice it.

Wunderbare grosse Suite mit einer tollen Badewanne. Teilweise ausnehmend freundliches Personal beim Empfang mit Willkommensdrink. Sehr guter Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Sehr unhöfliches Personal beim Frühstücken. Es wurde nur zögerlich aufgefüllt. Obwohl das Hotel ansonsten toll war, ruiniert das etwas den Aufenthalt und man fühlt sich nicht mehr wohl. Gutes Personal ist wichtig und sollte sorgfältig ausgesucht werden.

Pros:

C'est la première fois que je n'avais pas froid dans une chambre d'hotel. Le dejeuner était incroyable, vraiment bon. Il avait de la place dans la chambre. je ne me suis pas cogner les orteils au pieds du lit.

Une belle chambre avec une jolie vue. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bien. Il y avait vraiment de tout pour tous les goûts.

Cons:

L'accueil: nous sommes arrivés pour 4 jours 2h avant l'heure prévue; la chambre n'était pas prête. OK; par contre, c'était les JO de biathlon et nous avons demandé si nous pouvions regarder la télévision dans le grand salon en attendant ... La dame de l'accueil a également refusé! Ce n'est pas normal de si mal accueillir les clients.
Le peignoir et les chaussons sont facturés en pluss à 15 euros. C'est la mauvaise surprise, d'autant que les gens qui ne prennent pas cet équipement vont dans les saunas avec leurs chaussures.... Hygiène moyenne donc....
