Homely atmosphere
Pros:

It was easy to access and the staff was helpful. The location is convenient if you want to travel to the town, eastern suburbs or even western. Cabs and rickshaws are easily available. There are good eateries around the building. All in walking distance. Great stay!

Zen @ zenith homes!
Pros:

Its a well serviced apartment with all facilities at prime location within Hiranandani powai at reasonable price. Very few hotels & service apartments can manage to tick all of these .

Cons:

I have stayed here couple of times , few of the bathroom fittings needs urgent repairs & pest control needs to be done apart from cleaning as there are small roaches everywhere, otherwise its all good.

Very poor. As I checked in late after a day's work it was too late to find another place to stay.
Pros:

The towels were clean.

Cons:

The ceiling had peeling paint. There was a cock roach in the room. The electric fittings were old, only one tube light in the room. The living area which was also to be used by the other room's guest had bedsheets drying. The washroom's basin was full of marks. It was a rather unpleasant stay and not comfortable for a female guest travelling on their own. The bedsheets were clean, but the mattress was hard. I think the ratings the property has is mostly paid, as it is impossible that such a property would have a 8.1 rating.

Not very happy for what we paid
Pros:

Bathroom never dried. The cumboard flap hit my back whenever I sat even after it was repaired. The caretaker was not proactive in cleanliness. Had to be reminded. When we we were leaving he shut the door on face without a bye or offering any support.

Cons:

Caretaker behaviour and bathroom.

Pros:

Clubbed 2 rooms to get the full 2 BHK flat. It was spacious, which is difficult to find in Mumbai, with 2 washrooms, one attached to the room. All the facilities were working well. The owner was accommodating with a waiting area for early check-in. The kitchen is working. Though we didn't cook anything. The market is just footsteps away, so food and any other necessity, like a cab, are easily accessible. Overall it was one of the best stays in Mumbai for me.

Cons:

At first you will find difficulty in finding the flat. A few fixes must be done in the front bathroom and a few of the switches in the bedroom, which can be hazardous for small children.

Perfect home stay in the best neighbourhood of Mumbai!
Pros:

The care taker and the owner are friendly, helpful and kind. The property is clean, located in a very nice neighbourhood and has all amenities as mentioned in their offering.

Great home-stay!
Pros:

This is my second stay with them. The comfort of home with all amenities is perfect. It feels like home away from home. The care taker is very helpful and polite.
