Great choice
Pros:

Clean, tidy if a bit standard rooms, nice floors not carpeted (great plus if you have allergies). Heating can be controlled within the room, which is nice and rare nowadays. The staff is nice and attentive. Great price point. Location perfect to explore the city. They offer a pickup in electric, silent cars that makes life easier at a very accessible price (no Uber in Yerevan).

Cons:

The mattress was ok for me but too soft for my partner. Unfortunately, we could not try the restaurant as it was all booked by a private function, so we had to have dinner in the bar area, which was not extremely comfortable and had limited options,
