Pros:

Местоположение, отель с историей ему более 100 лет завораживает. Персонал молодцы, старательный) из минусов балкон во двор там стройка, шум пыль (не предупредили при заезде) хороший бассейн на крыше с зоной отдыха. Потрясающий атриум лобби.

Would most definitely recommend as a place to stay.
Pros:

Great, central location for the main sites in town. As one would expect of such a hotel, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast offered a wide range of fresh food to suit all tastes. Comfortable, quiet room with a clean en-suite.

Cons:

Overall, I didn’t spend much time in my room, but it overlooked a courtyard where the kitchen extractor fan was, so the cooking smells were noticeable - not a problem in the morning when the smell of bread/ pastries was pleasant. Due to a tree close to the window, the room was dark.

Die Lage, das Gebäude, das Frühstück, die Zimmergestaltung – einfach alles hat mir sehr gefallen. Ehrlich gesagt sogar mehr: Ich habe mich in dieses Hotel verliebt. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Yerevan bin, dann ohne Zweifel wieder dieses Hotel 🥰

Pros:

beautiful hotel in the centre of Yerevan, right in the middle of the best area. The staff is amazing, the breakfast is wonderful, the value for money very good considering how Yerevan is expensive and often overpriced. We loved the Spa and the staff there, always kind and flexible. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Great location and very helpful staff
Pros:

The location is amazing. It’s very central and you can easily walk everywhere. This made our trip very comfortable.
The rooms were very clean and we really liked the overall design and decoration of the hotel.
In the evenings, there was live music with piano which was very relaxing and enjoyable after a long day.
Breakfast was also very good. There was a good variety and everything was fresh and tasty.
We liked the staff the most. On our last day, the roads were closed when we needed to go to the airport. A staff member helped us to meet with the taxi driver. This meant a lot to us. So, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
