Worst property i have ever stayed in. Unclean rooms. Holes in bathroom and main doors, unclean bed sheets and bed. Cobwebs everywhere. It was a nightmare. All photos of the hotel are fake.
I book one room through booking.com Application. I also made a partial payment of Rs. 699 for confirmation of room. The room was shown confirmed at the application. I also mention that I would be able to check in at 12.00 am night . As I have already made the payment and booking was confirmed, I didn't not explore any other option. But when I reached at property at 1am night with my family, hotel told me that all the rooms are full. We have no room. When I told that my booking was already confirmed but the hotel told that we have no liaison with booking.com and do whatever you want. Hence I found this very disappointing. I spent whole night in my car.

Requested manager to make at least minimum requirements, but he refused 😕😕 replied this is as per contract with fab hotel's
