Wie immer war es einfach super . Bett sehr bequem, hätte vielleicht 20 cm breiter sein können . Frühstück wie immer top.
Und das personal nett und hilfsbereit.
Alles gut bleibt so wie ihr seid wir kommen sicher wieder.

Unzumutbare hygienische Verhältnisse in unserem gebuchten Zimmer

Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass Dusche und WC in einem nicht hinnehmbaren hygienischen Zustand waren. Die Toilette war verdreckt, Toilettenbrille voller Spritzer, Dusche total verdreckt und verschimmelt, Fensterdichtungen innen im Zimmer und Sanitärbereich verschimmelt, Heizkörper innen millimeterdick verstaubt und voller Spinnweben. Eine direkte Beschwerde bei der Dame in der Rezeption führte dazu, dass die Dame während wir zum Essen waren, wohl mit Toilettenpapier über die Toilettenbrille gewischt hat, welches bei unserer Rückkehr noch in der Toilettenschüssel lag und wahrscheinlich mit der Toilettenbürste versuicht hat den Dreck in der Toilettenschüssel zu beseitigen. In einem direkten Gespräch mit dem Hotelchef schilderten wir ochmal den Zustand, mussten uns aber anhören, dass er der Meinung war, sein Hotel sei hygienisch sauber. Er gab uns dann noch den Tip, wir sollten uns in Zukunft mit unseren beiden Hunden besser ein anderes Hotel suchen. Da es schon spät war und es uns als unmöglich erschien, für eine Nacht noch eine andere Übernachtungsmöglickeit zu finden, blieben wir, konnten aber Dusche und WC nicht benutzen.

Perfectly acceptable, don't be fooled by the bath!
Pros:

Vey well located, free parking and an excellent room.

Cons:

We were very excited to see a proper bath in the ensuite. We were then disappointed to notice there was no plug or taps! it had been modified to be only a shower.
