The staff were very helpful and attentive.
Nothing to dislike
Beautiful and peaceful setting, the room was lovely and a really good size, very clean too!
The bed was a little uncomfortable due to it being 2 singles joined together with a very hard ridge down the middle. There was also a bad drain smell coming from the bathroom when showering, and no bath, just an accessible wet room which didn't match the aesthetics of the room itself. Room service food selection limited to pizza & chips and quite expensive. Breakfast was nice, although a little chaotic due to it being busy and elements missed off the breakfast. However - staff were lovely and very accommodating, no real complaints just minor comments!

Lovely property and great spa on site, nice restaurant and great views.
We had our dog and the room we booked didn’t allow dogs but we weren’t told. So that was a bit frustrating but they had another suite available which was lovely, big, really comfortable and a great view so all good!
The staff were very friendly and great service. Dinner was delicious, as were the lunch items we had whilst enjoying a peaceful relaxing time.
Sadly it seemed like the bacon and sausages had been sat around for a while. We stayed for 3 nights so I experienced this 3 times.
A bit hard to get a place to relax in the spa area
كان الفندق مرعبا كل شيء كان يشعرني بالثقل وكأني في زيارة لمكان موحش حين اصعد بالمصعد اسمع صوت الخشب كان الطابق سيسقط وكل ماحاولت الخروج ارتعب قررت تناول الافطار بغرفتي وحين نمت قفلت الباب بالمزلاج وقفلته واستيقظت لاجد الباب مفتوح

ربما هم بحاجة لخفض التكاليف ليكون ممتليء بالناس بدل الهدوء الموحش
برغم انني حجزته لانال قسطا من الهدوء فتسبب الفندق برعبي واخافتي

Hard to criticise anything but here goes, didn't like the pillows !!
Loved the building and grounds. The Staff were excellent.
Our room was ok but I feel it was no better than a premiere inn or a Travelodge. Pretty poor for the money.
Breakfast was wonderful, all you wanted from continental to full English ,al a carte , waitered service.
Rooms are realy lovely, and the staff are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our stay.
Overall very much delivered to expectations.

Ontbijt was geweldig we werden echt Koninklijk ontvangen! We voelden ons zo welkom! Het uitzicht was echt om niet aan te wennen vanuit de badkamer, terwijl je je tanden poetst kijken over dit landschap! En dat tussen twee vluchten in, puur genieten!!
Alles wat bij de spa hoorde zoals massages moest je nog los betalen, we hadden dat simpelweg niet verwacht. Maar verder geen probleem
