Pros:

I confirmed their hotel booking but after reaching there the reception told me that they don't have any information about my booking. Then after I showed them my email confirmation they managed to book me and my family in another hotel. But they took the same money. I have never seen such fraud before. I don't understand how this hotel got listed on this site.

Staff didn’t care about anything. Room was not worth the money. Rooms like these are available in 3-4000 price. Inverter

Very Disappointing
Pros:

Nothing to like, Very disappointing and dirty place. Will never go there again

Cons:

Dirty room with walking insects in the room, would stayed there for more then 4 hours. Kids get affraid by a gaint spider walking on the wall. They are just taking advantages of the tourist stucked in Naran and has taken besham route to reach home. Instead of providing them facilities they are only want get money.

Pros:

We were going to reach the hotel late (after 11 pm), and needed to have dinner after our arrival. We called the propoerty to check whether their kitchen would be open when we reach. They told us that kitchen would close at 11 pm, but to ensure that we have dinner, they took our order over the phone and our dinner was ready when we arrived and checked in. This was an exceptional gesture from the hotel!

It was okay for one night stay. Staff was cooperative.
Cons:

Cleanliness was average.
Hand showers were not working properly plus heater in one room was not working
