Servicio pésimo y personal grosero

Decepcionada con el lugar, nada

Cons:

La atención de la chica que está en recepción, pesiiiima atención, nada enpatica,pésimo trato.

El lugar en la área de la alberca parecía cantina una cantidad exagerada de gente tomando alcohol, señores muy borrachos, música hasta altas horas de la noche. No tienen restricción del alcohol.

El restaurante sucio, no tienen capacidad para atender, buffet carisimo. Y no pudimos comer nada porque todo estaba vacío. Esperamos 20 min para poder tomar café

Nunca me hicieron la limpieza en los dos días. Por lo tanto no cambiaron toallas en dos días.

Te piden que dejes $300 pesos de deposito que se supone te regresan al salir.

Por 2 toallas sucias que revisaron a detalle a la hora de salir. No me regresaron el depósito.
Las toallas viejas des-hiladas y desgastadas al final hasta me las cobraron porque estaban sucias. Que ilógico por eso es hotel no tienes que dejar lavadas las toallas .

Estuvimos una noche sin luz , su justificación es fue apagón. Pero no tienen un plan B, algún generador.
Con una temperaturas de calor muy elevadas, ni pudimos dormir.

Colchones duro y almohadas pésimas

Decepcionada del lugar , ahí no puedes visitar si llevas a familia.
