Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Love it! Comfort , clean and value for money.
Pros:

Quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

Toilet cleanliness need to be improved a little bit. Children pool a bit small. 5-6 children will make it full. My daughter loves to play in the pool. She wasnt satisfied for longer time since it started to be crowded.

Ok hotel in an empty shopping centre with an outdoor pool.
Pros:

The pool was lovely and the nearby vegetarian restaurant was nice.

Cons:

The shower had some mold, which they came to clean when we asked. The safe didn't work. The toilet kept getting blocked, which they unblocked each time but they left the splashed water all around the toilet for us to clean up. I had a booking with breakfast, but when I added an extra night using the Manage Booking option on booking.com, we paid a higher nightly rate for the extra night and lost our breakfast for all nights! I spoke to staff at the hotel, and they said I needed to contact booking.com about it. When I contacted booking.com online, they said to contact the hotel.
