Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Saya suka pemandangan. Boleh nampak sungai lebih lagi gunung santubong. Cantik sangat.

Cons:

Kalau boleh masa cleaning tu, buka tingkap ke, i feel the dust berterbangan di udara. Dan saya dapat alergik. Clean the air-conditioning supaya tak da rasa habuk.

价钱还可以，还提供早餐。

Cons:

床单又旧又黄，还有不知道什么印。洗澡的空间的墙壁细缝很黑很脏。房间地上一半是地毡不理想。椅子坐垫已陷下去。床上提供两个小枕头应该不是很干净。

Bilik yang selesa, bersih dan kemas. Lokasi juga strategik serta mudah untuk pergi ke tekpat makan dan tempat menarik. Staf hotel ramah dan proses dadtar masuk berjalan lancar

Cons:

Kolam renang yang kurang memuaskan. Tempat berehat seperti kerusi rehat tidak banyak sedangkan pengunjung yang datang ramai. Selain itu signange untuk tempat2 tertentu tiada. Agar sukar untuk mencari tempat contohnya gym.

The location is near eateries.

Cons:

The view is beautiful, and the location is great. However, we were unable to fully enjoy the scenery because the windows were very dirty, and the toilet was not properly cleaned. We kindly suggest using an effective bleach-based cleaner to improve cleanliness. It’s a real shame, as the property is lovely and offers a fantastic view overlooking Kuching city and the waterfront.

Pros:

Spacious room. Reasonable price. Within reach of most part of town. Lots of eating places within walking distance.

Cons:

The coffee cups are overdue for replacement. The glass windows badly need a good clean up to see the beautiful view of the river, the scenaries, Mt.Santubong.
Internet TV with access to movies, news are better than current outdated movies.

Pros:

I love the view, the breakfast is good not too say very very good but acceptable. My stay was comfort.

Cons:

Too bad the wndow need to be clean. The Ac in my room was not very cold even i already set 10°c and still the room temperature showed me around 24°c to 26°c, sound acceptable right? You need to stay in that room than you'll know what I mean. But overall it's ok to stay at hock Lee. But please owner, do something for the residence hock Lee, it still can be save.
