Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Nous avons eu un problème et avons du raccourcir notre séjour.
Le personnel nous a aidé à trouver une solution et pour quand même nous rembourser alors que c’était non remboursable.

Everything except the food is quite expensive.

Cons:

The food. I order to the room nasi goreng kampung with ayam for RM31 (INCLUDING TRAY TAX) but the rice no rasa and the chicken is chicken peha but been cut on the top..

Pros:

Staff were helpful especially in changing room as previous one smelt of cigarettes

Cons:

Shabby, dated and breakfast was poor. Hotel too far from city centre. Carpets were dirty, windows filthy.
