There is nothing to like about this
Poor communication level they told us the last order time pr the kitchen closing time is 11:00 pm
But no buddy came to take the order
And the time i reached the hotel i asked them to prepare the mix pakoras and tea and deliver it in room as i was so tired of travelling so i was badly need to have something but they forgot the tea and sent the pakoras after almost an hour and thats not even the eatable as that was not even of the room temperature
No tissues paper in the room no glasses not even the coffee mug not even the dustbin was there and when i asked them they told me that its there in the bathroom next to the toilet seat, that’s mean that if i have to trash anything i have to go there.
But staff of night shift was polite but not worth.

Pros:

I came early at 09:30 and asked for early check-in as I was traveling with my wife and daughter and we were tired, Duty manager Mr.Adarsh was so humble and professional luckily we got room. Housekeeping guy Mr. Dheeraj was also professional and given his best hospitality services.
