Fantastic great location almost historical building.
Pros:

Great location clean well furnished I have found even a good brand dining table well resistente .

Cons:

Washing machine not working with newborn baby it was a not negotiable things. However they found a solution after all . May be They need to check if everything is working before renting to a family likes us . Overpriced may be ?

Sehr netter Aufenthalt im Zentrum von Riva
Pros:

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt und dafür dennoch recht ruhig gelegen. Auch für Familien super geeignet, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Auto stand 4 Tage unbenutzt auf kostenlosen Parkplatz am Stadtrand. Check in (trotz später Ankunft) hat bestens geklappt - Kommunikation mit Vermieter war topp!

Cons:

Badezimmerschrankspiegel war leider nicht sauber - kann wohl mal passieren beim Reinigen. Sonst alles top.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento “ALPINO 2”.
Posizione centralissima, con tutti i servizi vicini, con ascensore!!!!
L’appartamento è molto silenzioso e fornito di tutto!

Cons:

Unica pecca la pulizia: sotto ai letti delle due camere abbiamo trovato moltissima polvere oltre ad un pacchetto di sigarette mezzo vuoto, segno di una mancanza di pulizia!
