Ubicación y atención maravillosa.
Pros:

La atención del personal es maravillosa (desde recepción hasta limpieza).
La ubicación es excelente por si tienes que moverte a diferentes zonas de la ciudad, muy céntrica.
Y, finalmente, aproveché una promo de varias noches, por lo que fue una excelente relación de lo que recibí vs lo que me costó.

Cons:

Las personas de recepción muy amables, pero tres personas me dieron un horario diferente de apertura para la cafetería en el mismo día. Solo sería que entre todos se coordinaran para poder dar la misma información.

Franchement, pas terrible : on s'attendait à beaucoup mieux.
Pros:

La qualité du lit. La jeune fille qui nous a accueillis, a fait de son mieux.

Cons:

Pour avoir de l'eau chaude : on nous dit "si, si, il y de l'eau chaude". Pas d'eau chaude, on insiste, pour finalement entendre encore : la chaudière n'était pas allumée.
Le petit-déjeuner : NUL. Du café, un thé et pas de citron (on trouve du citron partout au Mexique), UN jus d'orange pour 2 (il n'y avait plus de jus de fruits à 9h30 du matin), une omelette chacun et c'est tout. La jeune femme qui nous a servis était aimable, mais il y avait un homme, aucune amabilité, aucun sens commercial, presque désagréable.
La moquette dans l'ascenseur : sale, en très mauvais état.
Cet hôtel veut être un hôtel d'une certaine classe, ils en sont très loin.

Es bastante cómodo, limpio y tranquilo.

Cons:

El estacionamiento esta sujeto a disponibilidad sin embargo no avisan esto en ningun momento, en mi caso ofrecian dejar la moto afuera pero logre negociar con ellos para que me hicieran un espacio, sin embargó considero que es algo importante que notifiquen al momento de reservar

Que estaba cerca de restaurantes y se podia ver el mar

Cons:

No hay clima en los pasillos, se siente mucho calor, el agua de la regadera se salió y se encharco la habitación, la persiana la tuvieron que componer porque se cayó, y las camas no estan cómodas

El Hotel muy BONITO
Una vista hermosa al Mar, la ubicación sin duda muy bien.
Super limpio y todo muy cómodo
Quedamos encantados.
En nuestras próximas visitas siempre ahi.

Cons:

Una Empleada de Cosina nos trató super mal y nos atendió de muy mala gana. Pésimo servicio por parte de ella si no es regalado.
