Dans le centre de spa

Cons:

Chambre séparée de l’accueil et de l’endroit du petit déjeuner. Le tout semble un peu patchwork. La chambre est correcte.

J’ai vraiment beaucoup aimé l’établissement. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été agréablement surprise par l’ambiance chaleureuse et l’accueil. La chambre était confortable et j’y ai très bien dormi. L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter de Spa en toute tranquillité, tout en restant proche du centre. C’était une très bonne expérience et j’en garde un excellent souvenir.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Chambre mal isolée : on entendait les voisins qui ont passé une partie de la nuit à crier.
Obligation de donner un créneau horaire pour le petit déjeuner, et malgré cette organisation, il n’y avait personne au rendez-vous, le restaurant était fermé et nous avons attendu 30 minutes avant que quelqu’un réponde et arrive
Tous les membres du personnel n’étaient pas très correct mais heureusement nous avons pu compter sur certains qui ont relevé le niveau

Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable. Parlons de L’hôtel, il y fait bon vivre, cadre très agréable, décoration simple mais efficace, propreté impeccable, lit confortable et souhait. Je recommande fortement cet établissement.

Pleasant stay, overshadowed by the above

Parking, when leaving the member of staff did not turn up as promised to return my friends driving license!
And it still hasn’t been returned!

Établissement sympa, propre et et très bon en terme de nourriture mais parking payant dommage

Nous avons été lors d’un rendez-vous de travail et l’endroit était très bien placé au centre de la ville de Spa - pour le déjeuner il faut bien communiqué l’heure lors du check in et pour récupérer la clés il faut aller à la brasserie le Palmares : place royale 1
