Pros:

De tudo! Do ambiente espaçoso, da piscina que funciona à noite, do café da manhã, almoço e janta, que são fenomenais... um ótimo lugar para curtir e ter dias de descanso...

Educação dos funcionários do hotel

Cons:

Estavam montando móveis no apartamento ao lado, e começavam o barulho das ferramentas as 7 da manhã e paravam na hora do almoço e depois voltavam no período pós almoço e iam até às 17, o barulho incomodava bastante, não deixando a gente dormir ou se quer assistir televisão, barulho alto. Não é um tipo de serviço para ser feito com ferramentas elétricas, teriam que usar ferramentas a bateria para que o barulho não incomodasse aos demais hóspedes

Excelente hospedagem familiar!!!
Pros:

Hospedagem pertinho e acesso ilimitado ao parque. Excelente atendimento, tanto para fazer a reserva com o Gustavo, que deixou tudo claro e explicado, quanto ao Spazzio, que a todo momento foi atencioso. Ambiente bem familiar, para ir com crianças. Espero voltar mais vezes.

Cons:

A questão de colocar crédito no cartão para poder usar nas dependências do Spazzio e do Parque, assim você fica limitado para gastar. Caso acabe o crédito que você colocou no cartão do Spazzio e você está dentro do Parque, ou você volta no hotel (que é pertinho) para colocar mais crédito ou pega um novo cartão do parque. Mas isso é uma coisa, que não atrapalha em nada a estadia ou o atendimento, só diminuiu mesmo a praticidade que tinha anteriormente.

Distressing for whole family

Didn’t get to stay at the property as the host is a fraud. They advertise se this hotel and put you in another and charge more than advertised.

Cons:

I booked this hotel for 1 night. Arrived at the hotel and the host then told me there is no availability at the hotel booked. Despite the property still being available on booking.com. Waited almost 3 hours since originally trying to check in and my family & I are at the Piazza Di Roma as the host directed us to here due to “no availability” at the Spazzio Di Roma. I have since paid more money than the original booking to the host now being £111 for a 3 star rating hotel rather than the original 4 star rating hotel. I am not happy at all as it is clear the host has disturbed our day and we are no longer allowed on the water park today due to the time and this has caused me much undue distress! If I had known this on the hosts reviews I would not have booked with them. While staying at the incorrect hotel I found out that other holiday makers had paid the same as me for 4 nights at the hotel. Have tried to contact booking and heard nothing back after 27 hours.
