Pros:

The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request or issue. I highly recommend this place for any occasion when visiting Quito. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city’s best district—making it easy to explore. Additionally, transportation is readily available at all times, which makes getting around very convenient.

Excellent rooms and location.
Pros:

The rooms are well designed and decorated, super comfortable and super clean. Staff is very attentive. The hotel also has two restaurants, all with good options and good dishes, both traditional Ecuadorean and international cuisine.

Cons:

The safety deposit box was modern, supposedly works with you fingerprint, but there were no instructions on how to close / open the safe. Staff also did not know whow to setup so that only customer fingerprint will open the safe. So I was not able to use it.

Me hicieron un cobro al momento de reservar y me volvieron a cobrar al llegar al hotel, con la excusa de que no se me había hecho el débito aún. Oh, sorpresa, al recibir el estado de cuenta de mi tarjeta, veo que el valor anticipado SÍ SE COBRÓ, es decir, me cobraron DOBLE.
He enviado correos para que me devuelvan el valor correspondiente y no he recibido respuesta. Eso es una estafa! Sin mencionar que la comida en uno de sus restaurantes me generó intoxicación alimentaria y tuve que interrumpir mi planificación del viaje para ir de emergencia a la clínica. Totalmente inaceptable, menos mal y es “5 estrellas”…

Un hotel excepcional, increíblemente ubicado, habitaciones cómodas, seguro y con un personal siempre dispuesto; repetiría este alojamiento a ojo cerrado.

Cons:

No hay nada que decir, recomendar mejorar la selección del café de cortesía en la habitación.

Pros:

Quedé encantada con las instalaciones del hotel, preciosa la decoración de las habitaciones . El servicio y el personal super amable siempre pendientes. La zona super tranquila, muy cerca al parque La Carolina. Además muchos cafés y restaurantes alrededor. Definitivamente regresaría !
