The location was nice in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The breakfast was nice and the lunch that I ordered was good as well. Huge quantity of food!
The room was really unclean and the carpets were very musty! The bathroom also looked rundown and the dustbin was not cleaned after the previous user had left. A lot of mosquitoes and no mosquito coil/ agarbatti was available.

This was one of the worst stay experiences I’ve had.
• The room was dirty, sheets stained, and towels looked like mops.
• AC remote was missing; when asked, the owner rudely said it wasn’t possible to provide one unless we changed rooms at midnight.
• Balcony was flooded with AC water, and water pressure in the bathroom was almost nil.
• Amenities mentioned in the listing simply didn’t exist — no kitchen, no breakfast (despite being listed), not even basic tea or coffee sachets.
• There was no lift, and the staff was missing most of the time (though the few present were polite).
• The booking process was chaotic: I had called ahead and was told my booking was confirmed, yet on arrival the person admitted he forgot to inform the staff.
• The property even had its name board removed, and I was told by reception that it was due to police checks — which makes the place feel completely unsafe.
Overall, this property should not be listed on Booking.com. Definitely not worth the money, time, or stress.
They don't accept credit card. Corporate visit paying only by UPI is difficult. They don't understand this
