Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect! The bed is super comfortable and the decor is super modern and cute! The facilities and rooftop were gorgeous as well! The rooftop pool is a must

Cons:

The bed is the first thing in the room when you walk in and is in a weird double door situation... it is super comfortable though. Also, navigating with the mobile app is difficult because you need it to access the elevator, but there is no service

Great location. Clean and safe.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Try safe do walking around. Close to the beltway with easy access to piedmont park and other area attractions/shopping. Rented scooters for easy travel.

Cons:

Queen instead of king bed. No tv in the unit. Parking gets expensive. Literally only 2 dishes/silverware. Don’t plan to cook more than very basics.

Well equipped apartment. Close to shopping & bars/eateries in Ponce City Market. Rooftop pool. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Use of lifts/elevators was controlled by your mobile phone. The system did not always work.

Pros:

Quietness, location, and lay out of day

Cons:

I still have not received my deposit back from my stay at this location. My bank states it shows started but not completed. This is very upsetting.

Troppa tecnologia non corrisponde ad efficienza
Pros:

Appartamento moderno , spazioso e pulito .

Cons:

Ho prenotato e pagato appartamento con colazione compresa , invece dopo insistenza ci hanno riconosciuto 20 $ a persona. Praticamente poco niente . In USA un cappuccino e croissant costa 15€ quindi dovevamo praticamente pagare tutto il resto per avere la classica colazione internazionale.
Non fanno le pulizie durante la permanenza e per qualsiasi cosa devi scrivere messaggi con il telefono . Io sono tornata e Sto Ancora aspettando il cambio asciugamani .
Se non sblocchi dal telefono l’ascensore rimani bloccato dentro ,….

Está bien ubicado está bien la instalación me gusta que con un link el teléfono abren las puertas

Cons:

No me gustó que a la hora de llegar al hotel es muy complejo encontrar , la entrada del hotel al parqueo estuve 40 minutos dando vueltas en el mismo lugar número de habitación 107

Un personnel buté, petit dej impossible a prendre avant 8h00 mais grand appartement
Pros:

Grand appartement confortable et propre

Cons:

Un personnel qui ne veut rien entendre de ma demande de facture. Un petit déjeuner qui ouvre bcp trop tard (8:00) qu'ils devraient me rembourser mais encore rien vu. Obligé de télécharger leur app pour tout faire. Une cuisine très mal équipée, mm pas un verre!
