Nice city view. Very central to popular spots so traveling was easy!

Pros:

Staff and location were exceptional! Went to a concert at City Winery and could walk there. Lots to do before the concert.

Cons:

Could have had air conditioner that worked. Very unpleasant to sleep in a room that wouldn't cool down in a heat wave. They came to fix it as we were leaving and didn't know it didn't get fixed until we returned late at night.

Pros:

Excellent accommodation, friendly staff, nice pool on the top floor. Nice cafe/bar on ground floor. Accommodation in a good location right opposite Ponce City market.

Cons:

The "digital keys" (using phone) were a bit of a faff. Reception were able to give us a "proper" key which was easier!

Scout Living is such an awesome place to stay because the staff are so helpful.
Pros:

We loved the location that was close to the Ponce Market and the Beltline. The ease and affordability of the valet parking. The room with stocked with all the necessities. The staff (front desk, housekeeping and valet) were always very professional, helpful and prompt with service. We really enjoyed the wellness space and the pool. The front desk contact, Ariel, was very professional and helpful when I called prior to arriving. She reached out to IT to see what the status was of my online check-in and got back to me. When we arrived she helped to key some cards for us in additon to the touchless access. She provided us with 2 breakfast coupons for the restaurant adjacent to the hotel for the inconvenience of the online check-in. This was a very nice gesture.

Cons:

I received a check-in text message and thought I would give the process a try. It was very painstaking with delays, disruptions and poor connection. It was not clear if my information had been received and processed. I had to call and wait for a return call from the front desk contact. The process was extremely frustrating and time consuming. What would take about 15-20 mins at the front desk went beyond an hour. I became resentful of this intrusion.

Das Öffnen der Türen über das Handy ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und für ältere Personen nicht unbedingt einfach zu bedienen. Das Doppelbett ist etwas klein.
