Very nice property.
Everything was spotless until I got into the shower and noticed a glob of long hair stuck to the shower wall. If you’re not on the side where the sun hits directly the rooms are dark and drab. Not sure whose idea was it to pain those rooms with dark warm floors but it doesn’t work. If you order food delivery they will not bring it to your room or allow the delv guy up.
Staff friendly and accommodating. Room was ok.
.
We had a family suite. The sliding doors fell off the wall which was not great. If they fell on our child it would have caused terrible damage. Bad health and safety issue. We reported to the front desk in the morning but it was not sorted out when we got back at 8pm. We could not use the room.
Cleanliness of the rooms poor. Blood smeared in the bathroom. Reported it and not remedied.
Great stay! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Love the neighborhood and convent transportation (bus and metro).
The accommodation was great! Very clean, comfortable beds, great kitchen amenities. Quiet. The location was perfect. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and very responsive. Thank you!!
Pretty hotel with lovely dinning room. Rooms are small and the heat does not work well. Good location.
This was such a cute and convenient property! It has the sweetest courtyard cafe, a BEAUTIFUL bar area and areas to sit, relax and study/work. When we first arrived, unfortunately, the room accommodations I had booked were not available. We addressed our concerns to the front desk and they were able to upgrade us to an amazing room towards the end of our stay.
The details in the rooms are incredible! Cup ware, serve ware, water carafe, fridge, bottle openers, etc...everything you might need all in your room! They even had heated towel racks! It was also very nice to have a room with air conditioning (my husband likes to sleep cold) which is hard to find in Paris.
It was also wonderfully situated between two metro stations (the 7 and the 10) which was incredibly convenient. Such a great hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Paris
Staff was friendly and clearly obsessed with providing exceptional hospitality. Latin Quarter is a great neighborhood and close to so many great locations while still feeling not too "touristy". Loved the entire vibe and would absolutely stay here again!
In general we enjoyed our stay. Good location, helpful staff, spacious room. But a few issues came up. First we were given a room on the lower lever. It was very dark-the only windows looked out into the public dining/lounge area so we had to keep the curtains closed. They were able to move us to a higher room the next day. The lighting in both rooms was very dim--only overhead spots, no reading lights. We overheard another patron complain about this as well. Finally, we found a sticker in the bathroom that said the water was not potable! How could a hotel room not have potable water? It was not until the next morning that we got information that this sticker applied only to the toilet and was for people who brought dogs that might drink from the toilet. But we were not told about this up front.
Had a great stay here. Enjoyed 2 meals in the hotel - best fillet steak ever, so good we had it twice on successive evenings! The public areas are particularly impressive. Our room was compact but had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and revisit!
We really enjoyed our stay here, but first impressions count and our initial experience was poor.
First the good, the hotel is in a great area, less than 10 minutes to Rue Mouffetard with all it’s bistros, bars and shops and close to a couple metro stations to get further afield quickly. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were spacious by Paris standards, plus having a fridge and kitchenette was very handy.
The bad…check in was awful. 4pm seems a late checkin anyway, and being so late means it gets very busy. We waited 20+ minutes to get a room key and our bags, not what was needed after a 3am start and a day sightseeing. Also our initial experience at the cafe/restaurant was poor with very slow, and quite rude, service. We didn’t use it again after that and to be honest there’s far better value on the doorstep anyway.
Welcome was smooth and friendly, hotel is beautiful, however some things were already broken like in the shower. Kitchen and couch were too big for such a small city studio and we missed some place under the sink to put our toiletries. It’s nice that it is always lively because of the restaurant and terrace outside. Prices a bit high in the restaurant. We liked the location a lot! In between two beautiful parks and easy to walk to some highlights.
Only here for 1 night, but it was clean, comfortable and darling. The staff were very helpful. We would stay here again.
I had a pleasant stay and I'm very grateful for Nadia's assistance. When I arrived, I was feeling quite unwell, and she promptly arranged a medical consultation for me. That was excellent service from her and the entire staff.
The room was nice, although the bathroom was a bit small. Unfortunately, the kitchen utensils and sponge/towel were not clean, which was a downside. I would also suggest that cleaning service be made available after every 3 or 4 days of stay.
The hotel is beautiful and clean. There is a very nice courtyard restaurant as you walk in thaf was the perfect place for happy hour and also a night cap as we ended our day. Great wait staff, especially Lucy!!
This is remodeled property. We had a city view room that had a cooktop and mini fridge-very convenient. European rooms are small but this was fine. Hallways are lit but I wish the room lights were brighter or had more light. Area is convenient to transportation but you can walk to almost anything you need nearby-cafes, bakeries, convenience stores and the hop on hop off bus stop is only a 15 min walk!
Such friendly staff. Celine arrived us. As soon as we were ready to check in. They allowed us to do an early check-in. It was so quick check out. Was also very quick as well. convenient had great suggestions.
