Lovely relaxing stay
Pros:

We liked how quite it was , friendly staff and lovely relaxing place

Cons:

When we checked we were offered no information where anything was bar , restaurant and breakfast and or even spa , nothing in the room no room service or anything

Pros:

What a gorgeous hotel! The staff were warm and welcoming, especially Jill from Canada, who was our waitress a couple of times. The thermal spa was exactly what we needed. I LOVE that we got connected with a babysitter (Josephine, who is incredible)!

Cons:

We had to ask some questions about the thermal spa and bar hours. Some things on the website could be explained better (like your booking includes access to thermal spa but please book time slot ahead of time).

Room comfortable and clean. Staff friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Food not great - chips tasted of fish, so assume cooked in the same fat as scampi. Breakfast pancakes toasted and burnt.
