Pros:

Rien ne va dans cet hôtel.
Premièrement, la chambre ne correspond pas aux photos et la communication avec le propriétaire etait très mauvaise car il a refusé de nous changer de chambre.
Par ailleurs, le plus derangeant c’est l’ascenseur, il y a 3 ascenseurs pour 50 etages et ne fonctionnent pas correctement ce qui fait que pour descendre ou monter il pouvait y a avoir jusqu'à 30 minutes d’attente.

Wonderful Property and Exceptional Management

I had to check in around 1:00 AM due to a delayed flight, and there was an issue with the access card. Impressively, the management provided an alternative solution within just five minutes. Even more commendable, the property manager personally traveled a considerable distance in the middle of the night to deliver a new access card-despite the fact that I already had temporary access. That level of commitment is truly unmatched.

The property itself is ultra-modern, conveniently located near the Twin Towers, and surrounded by plenty of dining options. The in-unit washing machine features a wash-and-dry function, which is especially valuable given Kuala Lumpur’s humid weather.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This property will definitely be my first choice the next time I visit KL.
