Jamas encontré el lugar,ya que la dirección era incompleta y si la ponía en Google me llevaba en medio d una calle,lo peor jamás me pude comunicar con nadie y me toco buscar otra cosa.

Nos estafaron el depósito y estuvimos sin poder cerrar la puerta durante toda la estancia. Nada más llegar al alojamiento abrí la puerta de la habitación y el pomo se rompió. No pude cerrar la puerta y había más gente alojada en el apartamento.
Además me cobraron 30€ por la mascota.
Me gasté 200€ al final en un alojamiento penoso. Me siento estafado y engañado.

Der beschriebene Parkplatz war nicht vorhanden. Die Anschrift war schwer zu finden. Zimmer ohne Fenster.

Nebija noveicies ar kaimiņiem, kuri TV skatīšanos uztvēra kā skaļu uzvešanos, kaut gan telpu sienas ļoti labi caurlaiž skaņu. Dvieļus pa nedēļas laiku nenomainīja ne vienu reizi. Virtuvē ir nepietiekoši trauku, ja vienas istabas iemītnieki gatavo un pēc gatavošanas ieliek traukus mazgāšanas mašīnā,otrās istabiņas iemītniekiem ēdiena gatavošanai trauku (panna, katls) nepietiek.

Location was a bit out of the way from attractions but it was inexpensive. Bedroom #1 did not have a comfortable bed at all but bedroom #2 was fine. Living room was comfortable and had a TV though we were out most of the time. There is a washer in the apt. but we didn't use it. We couldn't figure out the coffee maker but we typically go out for meals so it wasn't a problem.

Everything was bad, dont ever go there.

The property is a converted ground floor type of flat. The rooms don't have any windows, so there is no way of knowing what time of day is it. No venting, the Aircon/ heating was not functioning. TV was set to be connected to the internet and since the internet signal was weak the TV would not connect.
The bathroom sink was delayed in drainage. I had to clean after the other person staying.
The worst thing about the property is that is advertised wrong! It is advertised as a flat, but actually when you book you get that you have only booked one room in the apartment! It should be advertised as a shared 2 bedroom flat! There was no premium payment option if you wanted to rent the whole property.
The owner recognised the error in the advertising but commented that it is the customers responsibility to check! I booked a apartment that is what the website informed after the payment was made!!!
You cannot get you money back, you are asked to pay a damage deposit a week ahead of your arrival otherwise you wont be getting into the property and not only that after your departure the owners seems to forget they took that money!
Poor, revise your advertising and make it fair! Regulations are that you have to give money back to customers who were not receiving the goods they think they paid for!!!!

Check in process is terrible. Instructions not clear. Make you transfer money outside of the system. Don’t not stay here. There are too many other options for the same price without all the run around.

100% not recomend. For several reasons:
- Scam information regarding free parking
- Dirty place, including hairs in bed and bathroom
- Ilegal deposit not refund for riduculus Mark in towels

In the worst case that you need to booked at last place, please take pictures of everything when you arrive.

The communication. They sent numerous messages to my telephone during the booking process but failed to send the location and entry to my phone. Instead they sent this message to my home computer! The address on the Booking is not the same as the final address! We went straight home and did not stay in Valencia. Thanks for a horrific birthday trip!
