It was great for us as we needed a base as visiting friends , but if your wanting a hotel , and facilities or just even

The property was ok , very clean and tidy ,
The staff were very pleasant .
The room was a lovely size with balcony

Cons:

The pool was closed for two days.
No bar or area to get a drink in evening , more like apartments not a hotel .
Breakfast was simple , nice but the same for 6 days we stayed and if you do not go early it’s not refilled .. so a little disappointing

Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay. The front desk team were friendly and always helpful. Loved the fully equipped kitchen, large room and a balcony. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large with both a tub and separate shower. Facilities like the pool, gym, and steam room were great for relaxing.
Great Sukhumvit location—close to shops, restaurants, BTS, and the free tuk-tuk was a nice bonus.
Overall, comfortable, good value, and I’d definitely consider staying again.
