Size and balcony
The floor could be cleaner.
Had a very wonderful stay here at Tapestry Bangkok. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. It also had a balcony, a large fridge, laundry facilities and kitchen in the room, which made my stay even more convenient. I loved how many local food options—and even a 7-11—were just steps away.
The staff were kind and helpful, and the tuk-tuk service to the BTS was a big plus. The location near Emporium Mall is great. Definitely worth the price and a great value overall. I would happily stay here again.
The room lighting could be a bit brighter.

スタッフもとても親切で特にPangさんの笑顔は最高です！
洗濯機があるのがとても助かります。
洗剤は自分でセブンイレブンなどで購入する必要がありますが、洗濯をすれば最低限の荷物でも旅行ができます。
駅までは無料のTukTukがあるので問題ないですが、徒歩で行くのは少し距離があります。
自己責任でバイクタクシーなどを使うとより便利です。

部屋は広く清潔で快適だった。シャワーの強さも問題なし。ウォッシュレットも付いていた。電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、キッチン、収納、テーブルなど完備しており安価にて長期滞在向け。
周辺はレストランは多く無い。日本料理屋やカフェは多いがどこも高級で高価。プロンポン駅まで行って食事した方がいい。
ルームサービスは無い。朝食はまあまあなレベル。毎日だと飽きる。
フロントサービスは悪い。女性スタッフは笑顔があり良いが、男性フロントスタッフが数人いるが全て最悪だった。接客態度が悪すぎる。生意気な顔付きで見てくる、話し方も最悪、英語も中途半端。サービスも悪い。ずっと電話してフロント対応をしない。これがホテルの評判をかなり下げる原因だと思う。

Very run down property and it’s shocking because the standards are not Hilton standards, the suites all have cracks and the doors are busted the rooms over all are very tacky old furniture and the staff are just unbothered, for the price I paid I could of stayed in a hotel much better and more cheaper!
This hotel offers wonderful amenities and an amazing staff who always greet you with a smile. The breakfast at the restaurant was great with the chef offering a variety of choices as well as being able to accommodate any specific needs. Overall, my experience in Bangkok was made that much better due to the wonderful treatment by staff and the overall condition of the property will not hesitate to stay here again when I return
It was a really bad experience. The rooms is really dirty and humid. The hotel is really dark and has bad smells. Will never come again
Honestly it was just about decent
The bathroom stank . Inspite of telling them they would come spray a room freshner and that’s it. The work station near the kitchenette was so small. A glass broke, they charged me THB100 for it . The breakfast was stale and so poor . The housekeeping staff didn’t understand English at all. They wouldn’t change the bedsheets in the five days I was there
The staff at the front desk were outright rude

really outdated rooms, still with Novotel branded items. Needs a renovation and attention to staff.
The WiFi connection in the room was horrible they to update the routers to insure better connectivity.
