Good for exploring La Rochelle harbour
Pros:

Location and view was excellent

Cons:

The AC didn’t work it was pushing out warm air and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and had to pay for parking 10 min walk away even though on booking.com it states parking available

Fantastisch hotel voor een verblijf in La Rochelle
Pros:

Ontzettend gastvrije ontvangst door hotel receptionist met duidelijke uitleg (naar keuze in het Frans of Engels). Wij kozen voor uitleg in het Frans en hij gaf zelf ook nog wat extra uitleg in het Engels en later nog een paar goede restaurant tips. De ligging van het hotel is meer dan perfect. Wanneer je naar buiten stapt kun je gelijk op een terras gaan genieten van de levendige oude haven van La Rochelle.
Het prima ontbijt werd keurig op de afgesproken tijd op de kamer geserveerd.

Cons:

Helemaal niets.

Mooie plek in een leuk stadje.
Pros:

De locatie was prima, aan de haven in het centrum. De badkamer was klein maar voldeed.

Cons:

Wat tegen viel was dat er geen lift was en onze kamer op de 2de verdieping was. Het personeel hielp niet mee.

Pros:

De ligging, midden in het levendige oude centrum. Parkeren bij Place de Verdun. Vandaar rijdt een gratis city-busje tot vlakbij het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, schoon, goede airco, goede douche, wc apart, ook fijn maar wel klein.

Cons:

Uitzicht op de binnenplaats. Geen daglicht te zien( we hadden kamer 3). Douchekleedje vol met chloorvlekken

Plutôt agréable dans l'ensemble et suffisant pour une nuit.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était parfait. Bonne qualité de la literie. Emplacement idéal. Personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit venant de la chambre au dessus de nous. La vue côté cour vraiment pas terrible. Les marches très hautes pour aller dans les toilettes et la salle de bain.

Ville très animée à découvrir. Hôtel parfait pour une étape ou un court séjour.
Pros:

La situation dans la ville, les conseils du personnel concernant les restaurants que nous avons suivis et appréciés. Le petit déjeuner servi en chambre est très copieux et très bon.

Cons:

Nous sommes tombés malheureusement sur des voisins de chambre très bruyants en pleine nuit et nous sommes rendus compte que l’isolation sonore n’était pas efficace.

Emplacement idéal.
Chambre petite mais propre et bien agencée.
Excellente communication.

Cons:

Pas de parking et pas d'ascenseur (centre ville oblige !).
Petit déjeuner un peu cher pour ce que c'était, et pas facile de déjeuner à 4 avec une si petite table et 2 chaises, il fallait se relayer 🙃 à refaire nous prendrions le déjeuner sur le port.

Pros:

The staff was very lovely and accommodating. The location couldn't have been better. There was no elevator but the building is a heritage building. We knew this and got some exercise carrying our suitcases. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again next time we visit La Rochelle.
