We had an excellent experience. Will prefer to stay again if I visit Gangtok next time.
Pros:

Our stay at TEMPO HERITAGE RESORT AND SPA was excellent . Location was very convenient. Rooms were well maintained. Food was delicious. Great service received by the hotel staff. Our room was upgraded without any chaos.
I went there to celebrate my birthday with my husband and kids. I would like to thank MR PRABIR for arranging the birthday setup and surprising me with the cake. The staff was very cooperative and polite. My kids enjoyed the stay.

I will not stay again
Pros:

Hotel was clean and view from hotel is awesome i really enjoyed the view.

Cons:

Wifi was not working and mobile network was very week, when I informed to reception that we will check out at 11.30 am but the keep calling me started doing followup reception people behaviour was not good. Poor quality of food.

Pros:

The Owner of Tempo is a great person . He acknowledged my request at the last moment. The food was delicious. Room was super clean and beautiful.
Staff was very helpful.

I am not a fool to choose to stay next time .
Pros:

This was one of the most disappointing stays I have ever experienced. The property did not match the expectations created by the listing. Several aspects of the accommodation, including cleanliness, maintenance, and overall comfort, were far below acceptable standards.

What was even more frustrating was the proprietor’s attitude when concerns were raised. Instead of acknowledging the issues and attempting to resolve them, the response was defensive, dismissive, and at times discourteous. Genuine guest feedback appeared to be ignored rather than addressed
A pleasant stay depends not only on the accommodation itself but also on how concerns are handled. Unfortunately, both the property’s management and the support received fell well short of expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property and would advise future guests to carefully review recent feedback before making a reservation.

Cons:

I am equally disappointed with the handling of this matter through Booking.com. Despite reporting the issues encountered during the stay, the support process was slow and did not provide a satisfactory resolution. As a customer, I expected better assistance and accountability when a property fails to deliver the service.
