El trato exquisito del Sr. Huyen. Todo un profesional. Por extensión, la limpieza, la ubicación y el hecho de que a través del hotel puedes contratar cualquier servicio a mucho mejor precio que incluso online, y con la confianza de que el Sr. Huyen responde por ti. De verdad, el trato y el cuidado al cliente es algo excepcional.
Todo perfecto. No puedo darle un 11 porque no lo hay en la clasificación, pero se lo merece sobradamente. Aconsejo absolutamente!
Accueil impeccable. Nous sommes arrivées à 9h et nous avons pu avoir une chambre immédiatement pour nous reposer après avoir pris un sleeping bus et le bateau. L’hôtel propose de super excursions sur la baie et un service de pressing. L’emplacement est idéal pour circuler à pied

Te envían el típico mail para contactarte, que es el manager y que está a tu disposición, que tienen servicios y te asesoran para contratarlos... y con un número de teléfono via WhatsApp. Les escribo y aún estoy esperando que me conteste (hace 3 días que nos fuimos).
Nada más llegar un chaval realmente joven que no hablaba nada de inglés (10 palabras básicas para con los turistas), intenta como puede gestionar el check in, ya que llegamos antes y habíamos avisado a Mr. Manager pero no había contestado. El chaval, bastante lento y poco despierto, hizo lo que pudo, y perdimos un rato esperando por cuestión de mala organización.
Le pedimos que nos cambie una toalla que, nada más llegae estaba sucia, y aún estoy esperando.
Desayuno incluido... vamos a desayunar y hay un comedor con una cocina desamparada, dejada, y aparece una señora que no habla inglés y, como puede, nos dice que solamente hay tortilla (en realidad "eggs", finalmente resultaron ser pancakes) y mango. NADA MÁS. Ah sí!, café hirviendo o té.
Las instalaciones decentes, pero les debe quedar poco. Se nota que fue un hotel con mejores tiempos, ahora en decadencia.
El agua de la ducha ni caliente ni fría, siempre templada. Las cucharas y las tazas de la habitación estaban correosas, pegajosas y con restos del lavavajillas.
Ubicación bien. Camas cómodas si te gustan bien duras.

A notre arrivée vers 17h00 le réceptionniste n'était pas là. Le jeune homme présent nous a attribué nos 3 chambres au 6ème étage. Et en entrant on s'est aperçu qu'une des chambres était déjà occupée.
Nous sommes redescendus le signaler. Le réceptionniste de retour nous a informé qu'il allait nous changer pour le 5ème étage. Il faut savoir qu'il y a 3 chambres par étage (une avec une superbe vue mer, une autre sans vue du tout et une dernière avec une belle vue montagne.)
Et là, il s'est rendu compte que des chambres étaient déjà attribuées au 5ème aussi. C'est ainsi que nous nous sommes retrouvés au 4ème étage, sans wifi. Au 6ème internet marchait trés bien.
Personnel peu avenant et surtout incompétent.
Ménage moyennement fait.
Petit déjeuner très sommaire.
Et il n'y a pas du tout de rooftop comme indiqué.
Dommage c'est un hôtel qui a du potentiel mais mal géré.
It was in a good location and the rooms were very spacious
The bathroom was very dirty. The staff didn’t speak any english which made it hard to communicate. There were wires and construction items in the hallways & the hallway lights didn’t work so it was very dark. We went up for breakfast one morning and no one was there and there were just bowls left on the tables.
Nice stay, location was good and rooms were fine aswell. Good for the price of hotel
The position is on the main road near the bay. Unfortunately the view is not great. Staff at the reception nice and helpful, clean room
the deal on booking.com was that the room was to be paid at my arrival (no prepayment needed). The property however messaged me that I had to pay 50% before arriving or they would cancel my booking. I saw the message only the day before arriving, and however they did not cancel my reservation, but why ask that? If they want a pre-payment they should just ask for it on the booking platform.
The breakfast included was really poor.
The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Location was great.
The bathroom was not very clean.
The hotel is worth the money, and it also offers many tour programs that are definitely worth experiencing.
I'm very satisfied, especially with the staff who are friendly and personable.

. My room had no views to the sea, so it was quiet. Breakfast was good.
The views of the second and third floor have vis-a-vis with the neighboring house just one meter away.
Breakfast very basic but very happy with the hotel and would recommend it to anyone rooms very spacious
