Pros:

Много любезен персонал! Указаха ми съдействие за абсолютно всичко от което имах нужда. В близост има страхотна алея, по която с лекота се стига до големия крайморски парк - изключително полезно и приятно!

Cons:

Единственото нещо, което не ми хареса, но по никакъв начин не зависи от самия хотел - градската инфраструктура. Изключително трудно за пресичане на големия булевард, където има свързаност със изключително опасно кръгово. Добре, че е Станчова алея - най-приятния начин за стигане до центъра на града.

Pros:

Прекрасен хотел с удобна локация и безплатен паркинг. Стаите са светли, уютни и добре поддържани, а персоналът е усмихнат, любезен и отзивчив. Закуската беше разнообразна и много вкусна. Не мога да се сетя за нищо, което да помрачи отличните ми впечатления от престоя. С удоволствие бих посетил хотела отново.

Pros:

Локацията до морската градина. Някога беше добър хотел. Много пъти съм отсядала в него, но от миналата година запада стремглаво

Cons:

Ужасна смрад в целия хотел. Смес от застояло, канал и цигари ( въпреки, че пише , че не е позволено пушенето коридорите миришеха на цигари).

Pros:

It was good! We were a bit unlucky with the weather. Also they could have added at least a bottle of water or a tea in the room, I find it such a liitle thing that makes quite a big difference. All great otherwise! Of and wifi was not really good.

Pros:

The room was spacious and with balcony. Unexpectedly, there were microwave, kitchen table and sink. Hotel has parking places, but not much, about 10 places. There is a trading centre with restaurant within thecwalking distance grom hotel. And it is 8-10 minutes drive by car to the big trading centre Grand mall, which is very convenient.

Cons:

We travelled in mid April. Booking info was that reception operates round the clock, but after we placed the booking, got e-mail, that reception operates till 20:00. It may be very important for travellers. Booking mentions that it was possible to add breakfast, but when we came, it appeared that hotel serves breakfast only during summer.
