Great staff. The food is excellent. Nice pool.
The only thing we didn't like were the mosquito nets on the bed. These need replacing badly.

Beautiful pool and river views. Causal chic vibe. Amazing breakfast and smoothies! Lovely beds with mosquito nets. Staff were really chilled. Rooms were spacious. Mini fridge to keep drinks cold was great. Perfect for quick one night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Staff looked like they were painting bits and trying to improve upstairs but it’s a lovely lounge and food area with open river views. Mosquitoes bit of an issue (to be expected as on the river) but we had strong deet spray. Don’t let this put you off - just bring spray!
Sapiens Home is really beautiful, luxury and outstanding value for money. Our room was beautiful, had the best sleep we have had here. The pool was right outside our door and perfect when it was so hot. The breakfast was cafe standard and delicious. Would absolutely come back again and would recommend to everyone to stay here.
We stayed at Sapiens for our anniversary trip, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, arranging our airport pick-up, decorating our bed for our anniversary, and even helping us book a wonderful boat safari. Very peaceful stay, we would love to return!
The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Swimming pool was nice and clean. The restaurant and chilling area was quite nice. Food was also quite good. Definitely recommend you to try a meal.
There wasn't hot water most of the time. Comes and goes. The parking was a little tight since I drive a jeep, however smaller vehicles can manage parking to an extent. There is parking on the main road. 50 meters away.

A few things let it down for us:
There is a reception desk but it never has anyone on so you have to go up to the third floor to check in and check out which is confusing
The pool is lovely but there are only bean bags to sit on which are dirty and because they were sat in old stagnant rain water smelt pretty bad too
No pool towels available
Very clean, nice pool and the rooftop restaurant/co working space is lovely. There was a minor misunderstanding regarding the breakfast but the staff cleared it up very quickly and efficiently. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

- Check in chaotique (il n’y a de réception donc le voyageur doit trouver lui-même quelqu’un pour son propre accueil). Même chose au checkout - le checkout se fait en fait au niveau du restaurant au 3ieme étage mais personne ne nous en informe. La communication n’est pas leur point fort.
- Aucune explication sur les points pratiques de l’endroit (heure de départ, heure du petit dej, etc.)
- Pas d’essuie pour la piscine
- Pas de transat (juste des poufs qui n’ont pas l’air frais)
All the staff was so kind and helpful. The room was well decorated, the garden, the pool, the view and the cafe were all amazing. The beds, the room, the pool were very clean.
Location is a bit far from the beach. If you have a scooter no problem, otherwise you can use a tuktuk or walk 15 mins to the beach. The bed was a bit squeaky.
