Breakfast was excellent and staff was fantastic! They were very helpful with making are stay extra special. They helped me with making restaurant reservations and answering any heating that I had. Staff went up and beyond at all times. Would definately stay again. My daughter and I had a lovely stay. Staying at this hotel was the highlight of our trip!

The hotel is nice and very stylish, the design and decor is fantastic and it has a great location in San Miguel. They have a rooftop which has a wonderful view and overall as a hotel it’s a nice place.
First of all we were on the first floor, where the window is onto the lobby of the hotel, meaning you have no natural light at all. Additionally if there are people at reception or nearby the lobby you will hear it (they leave earplugs in the draw…). From a service perspective for a 5-star hotel it was underwhelming. It took them a good 4 hours to tell us the cost of a transfer to Mexico City, after asking multiple times. When we were leaving with 3 suitcases nobody offered to help at all. It’s a 5* hotel so you expect more.

The rooms were clean, well kept, and bath was nice. Please note the junior suites do not look like the main suites that are advertised in the photos.
Upstairs roof bar (not operated by hotel) is disappointing with terrible staff and management. Hotel only offers 2 bottles of complimentary water - you would expect unlimited potable water from a hotel this caliber. Also room could use a bigger dresser / closet. The included breakfast was mediocre.
Really cute boutique hotel that is very centrally located. Easy walk to the center of town. Staff was friendly and very responsive to all requests. Rooftop bar has amazing views, and the little bar in the lobby facing the street is great for a nightcap.
The hotel can be a little loud. Our room was right below the rooftop bar, so it was very loud until the bar closed. If you're an insomniac it won't be an issue but if you like to go to bed before midnight pick your room carefully.
The beds and linens were supremely comfortable and high end. There is a very nice bar on the roof of the hotel with a great view, and somehow we heard zero noise from there! The entire staff were very professional and accommodating. The hotel manages to feel hip and also homey at the same time. Loved it!
