The rooms were spacious and relaxing, and the hotel smelled amazing throughout the hotel.
Pros:

I think, the pancakes and bagels are great, however the eggs taste watered down, but overall there are good choices to chose from.

Location brilliant for the track. Staff and finish of rooms very questionable

Location is everything here. If you are at the track racing or working it’s amazing.

Cons:

The blind didn’t work in the room. I get the feeling it’s been broken for a long time and no one seemed interested to fix it. They had to put a bed sheet up to block the light coming in. I heard other guests complaining that there’s didn’t work either.

Pros:

The race track was across the street and they gave us a 3rd floor room.

Cons:

There weren't any races on Saturday evening. 😆
But we did get to see some racing before we had to check out or Sunday

I paid for my rooms in advance. I got three rooms paid for in advance so when I got to the property, they were telling me only two of them were paid for the staff did not go back and check did not help me. Try to figure it out, they just wanted me to pay more money and I paid more money. I’ve been trying ever since August 9just go on two months now to get reimbursed for my one night stay this has been such a horrible experience I may never stay at your hotels again. all I want is my money I paid into the room unfortunately this was my spending money so once I got to the location, I did not have no spending money so I basically had to sit there bored out of my mind waiting to go back home it was a horrible experience and all I would like is to have my money that I double paid for a room reimbursed.

Cons:

The night-shift staff member changed our reservation before we checked in and charged us twice. As soon as we noticed the duplicate charge, we contacted Booking. However, the front-desk agent repeatedly ignored their calls. I ultimately had to go downstairs with my phone and ask the staff to address the issue immediately.
