Die Lage war gut, sehr schöne Dachterrasse, tolles Abendprogramm, sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Klasse Bikegarage mit Lademöglichkeit für e-Bike und auch einen Servicepoint zur Selbsthilfe.

Es war unser 2. Aufenthalt im Hotel Kristal. Es ist einfach perfekt. Aussicht, Pool und das sehr leckere Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse einfach ein sehr schönes Ambiente.

Sehr hellhörig in den Zimmern, Tür schlägt mit lautem Knall zu, Toilette nicht funktional, Personal beim Frühstück kein Highlight, stehen rum und quatschen, daddeln auf ihrem Handy, gut sichtbar für die Gäste, geht gar nicht bei 4*plus
