Cons:

This was really terrible experience. hotel was almost without personal, only some part-time workers. Breakfast was always served after half past nine and even if we had a reservation for four there was breakfast just for two adults. There was No internet and we were trying to solve it with personal for two days without any response. The owner does not replay to messages on booking and neither to booking itself.

The only thing that was a positive in this place was the breakfast, that was the ONLY thing that was the same as shown in the picture. The breakfast wasn't bad. The taste was satisfactory.

The room was HORRIBLE, my husband needs to sleep with a cpap machine. My family and I traveled all day and just wanted to charge our phones and rest. When we entered the room it somewhat appeared clean. It had four wall outlets, NONE of them were functional. It was a fight with the staff to change the room to another, they said they would find an extention cord so I said I want a refund. It was then finally, they agreed to change the room. The other room turned out worst. Yes the wall outlet was working but the bathroom smelled really horrible and that horrid odor filled the entire room. Then the entire bathroom walls were covered in mold. Mien it was a real horrible experience. We had paid for two nights, but the next morning, we took our lost and just left, we couldn't bare to stay another night.

Muy limpio y bonito,deberían de tener servicio para comprar algo porque no hay nada cerca y está, retirado del centro de Chetumal, pero muy tranquilo el lugar y la zona caminando a Belice...😊

Un poco más de mantenimiento al hotel en gral..y a la alberca también..

Good deal for your money
Pros:

breakfast was good. The room was big, air conditioner worked well and kept us cool. We had a little dog and the hotel´s outdoor area was very nice to walk my dog.

Cons:

The mosquitoes were able to come in through the cracks in the door. The shower sliding door was difficult to close and water wet the floor. There was not an extra towel to put on the floor. Water pressure was not strong.

La ubicación se adapto a lo que buscábamos cerca del acceso a belice área libre, el personal excelente muy amables, el desayuno huevitos pero muy ricos.

Los baños necesitan mantenimiento llaves del lavabo en mal estado puerta de la ducha se trababa el escudado demasiado pequeño, la puerta al balcón no funciona. atorada completamente, el contacto de la cama no funciona, les hace falta alguien de mantenimiento, estaba limpio pero las fotos de las habitaciones que muestran no son tal cual la realidad, pero bien solo es para lo básico y descansar..

De pesadilla.
Pros:

Nada.

Cons:

No funcionó la ducha, no salía agua. El agua de la piscina estaba turbia. El desayuno se sirve en unas mesas sucias y no tenía ninguna variedad. Las habitaciones están muy viejas y la limpieza es horrible (había un kleenex sucio en una repisa). Las fotos de Booking son trucadas. Por la noche, entró gente al alojamiento y alguien golpeó fuerte nuestra puerta. Etc.
