Pleasant stay with welcoming staff members
Pros:

Lovely staff members that offer a warm and friendly welcome. Clean rooms, including the bathroom. Comfortable beds. The breakfast was sufficient. Not a major choice, but decent basics and fresh. Convenient location. You can reach the city center on foot. So, overall I would recommend a stay here.

Cons:

At arrival, it was kind of a struggle to park your car for a minute to unload your luggage and check in, because then you block the passage for others. Once done, you can leave your luggage there for a moment though, while you park your car in the garage. Although the breakfast was okay, it was kind of limited.

Excellent choice!
Pros:

Martina greeted us warmly upon arrival & check in was quick & efficient. The Schoepenhauer waa was convenient to find with the provided directions from Frankfurt Train Station to the correct Tram & a short walk from drop off at Viktoriaplatz., the Alstadt area is a short walk away. Very clean hotel, our room was spacious & comfortable, comfortable beds & pillows too. Our room overlooked the quiet street below with a large window we opened to allow the freshness of the outdoor air inside. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at a recommended restaurant we walked to about 12 minutes away, Römer Pils Brunnen. Don’t miss the French Onion Soup, Snails in garlic butter sauce, roast Pork Knuckle & roast potatoes; try the Green Sauce too! Lazzo at hotel reception kindly arranged our train reservation to Heidelberg for the next morning. We decided on breakfast at a lovely French cafe across the river, Le Petit Cafe! Gracious Owner & Server. We recommend Schoepenhauer Hotel & would stay again! Everyone was kind.
