Всичко ни хареса. Хотела е с удобна локация, съвсем близо на пешеходно разстояние от центъра, има удобен автобус до централната гара и летище. Внимание към всеки детайл. В стаята ни посрещнаха с комплименти - шоколад, бонбони и бисквити. Приземния етаж се води всъщност първи над партера. Закуската е достатъчно разнообразна и вкусна. Дадоха ни безплатни карти за транспорт (трамвай и автобус), с които имахме и намаление за билети в основни забележителности. Персонала на рецепция беше изключително любезен

Pros:

breakfast was good, room was clean and nice. Staff was super friendly and even offered valet service. open to parking the car for a bit in front untill we settled down.

Pros:

Sehr guter Service - bis zum Hotelmanagement! Die Lage für die Erkundung der Stadt ist perfekt, da nahe am Bahnhof, und dem Bypass aber auch in Fussnähe zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Check-In war erst um 15:00 Uhr. Dies kann bei einer Stadtbesichtigung mühsam werden. Der Staff hat es aber top hingekriegt, wir die Zimmer früher und alle waren happy.

Die Lage war für uns ideal: nah am Konzertort und dennoch direkt an der Altstadt. Das Personal war super nett. Das Hotel ist modern gestaltet. Das Zimmer ausreichend groß, die Betten sehr angenehm. Auschecken erst bis 12 Uhr war auch sehr angenehm. Es gibt auch eine hoteleigene Tiefgarage für 25 Eur am Tag. Eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer gibt es ebenfalls.

Cons:

Nichts. Da das Hotel über einen Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten verfügt, könnte es sein, dass die Zimmer, die direkt angrenzen nicht ganz ruhig sind. Aber man hat die Auswahl gegen Aufpreis ein "ruhiges Zimmer" zu wählen.
