Pros:

أقمت ليله واعطوني غرفه مطله على البوسفور. اشكر الاخ اسعد وكل الطاقم بلا استناء متعاونيين ومحترمين جدا وهذي اول مره اسكن في تقسيم - قريب جدا من الساحه وتقسيم ومن الباص المودي لجواهر مول - وكذلك الباص اللي يوصلك لمطار إسطنبول. او صبيحه

Pros:

Szép volt a szobából a kilátás. A szobánk a 9. emeleten volt, de csak a 8. emeletig van lift. A környék jó és az épület maga is karbantartott.
A reggeli is jó. Bár nagyon furcsa, hogy a reggelizőben reggelizik a személyzet egy része. Egy külön nagy asztaltársaságuk van reggelente.

Cons:

Nincs napi takarítás, kávét és vizet nem készítenek a szobába. Úgy tűnik, hogy a személyzet nem dolgozik. Kivétel Izmael és a társa - akinek nem tudom a nevét - a Recepcióról. Ők dolgoztak -, legalább üdvözöltek, amikor ők voltak szolgálatban.
Utolsó nap, reggel 6-kor indultunk, s a kanapén aludt a két szolgálatban lévő recepciós srác. Pedig előző nap megbeszéltük, hogy korán indulunk s ezért elvitelre, csomagolt reggelit kérünk. Persze nem kaptunk.
Azt sajnálom, hogy nem volt elég figyelmeztető számomra, hogy más szálláskeresőkön 2+ ra van értékelve ez a szálloda, mivel a booking.com-on 8+ ra.

Заселение прошло быстро завтраки сытные мы жили на 9 этаже номер 9101 лифт идёт только до 8 этажа есть небольшой балкончик отель подходит для остановки на 1-2 ночи в 5 минутах от отеля автобусы в аэропорты разрешили остаться после 12 до 2 часов дня.

I fully enjoyed my stay at the Crestium Hotel & Spa. Every morning started on a high note with the breakfast, which was varied, delicious, and clearly homemade with care. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the team behind the hotel’s organization. The entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and sweet.
A special thanks to Asaad who was always welcoming, helpful and made sure our stay felt nothing but unforgettable, indeed, he went above and beyond to make our stay more memorable and comfortable, making us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived.
He handled our booking with a lot of professionalism and ensured that every detail was impeccable to guarantee us an unforgettable stay. Thank you again, Asaad.

Great central location for a good price.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our group had booked four rooms altogether. One small room was exchanged for a bigger room on the second day. When the glass door to the shower broke in one of the rooms, we were even offered a top floor room with Bosporus view. Although it was near Taksim place, it was very quiet.

Cons:

The staff did not speak English very well. Sometimes it was difficult to communicate without our Turkish member of the group.

La ubicación y el desayuno.

Cons:

llegamos después de 15 hs. de viaje y como es obvio nos queríamos bañar. No había agua caliente pese a que se vende como spa. Avisamos a recepción y nos dijeron que esa tarde- noche no andaba la caldera. Me bañe con agua fría y cuando me quiero meter en la cama la SABANA ESTABA MACHADA DE MATERIA FECAL. Sí la sábana machada de mierda. Llamamos a recepción y apareció el mismo pánfilo que no encontraba donde había sábanas para cambiarlas. Nos dijeron que al otro día nos iban a cambiar de habitación porque esa noche no había, pues bien al día siguiente tampoco habitaciones disponibles. Asi q nos tuvimos q soportar las 2 noches en esa habitación. Y por último, a pocas horas de irnos de Estambul estando en la habitación empezó a sonar la alarma que había fuego en el edificio. Todos los hospedados salimos con lo puesto a la calle y al cabo de un rato apareció un empleado y apagó la alarma. Desde luego nadie sabía que es lo q había pasado, nadie nos dió una explicación y nadia sabía desactivar la alarma. En suma un Hotel indeseable, malísimo Espero q nadie caiga como caímos nosotros
