Cleanliness needs improvement specially the bathroom. Rooms need renovation. Breakfast was average.
We were at ground floor and felt a vibe of darkness actually. At night, observed a bright red flash from floor lamp even when plugged out, a strange vibe was present in the room.

A number of things are minuses: my room’s shower had one shower door missing. My repeated attempts to get it fixed were met with inaction by the staff. Same goes for the bathroom sink and drainage issues: I told the hotel staff on three separate occasions that the sink was clogged up, and was assured that the issue would be taken care of. Finally, I actually had to buy my own plunger to fix the problem. Worse still, one night the fire alarm went off, blasting everyone out of bed. We stood outside in the rain for half an hour, and staff did not provide ANY information about the alarm or whether it was safe again to go inside - hotel guests were simply ignored…. It may well be the case that hotel staff is not properly trained, and I suspect the non-fixing of the drainage issue may be related to poor English skills of the staff - they probably did not understand my inquiries…

Cleanness, there was remained tea or coffee fluid in electrical kattel.
There was not any tissue paper in the room.

Chambre triple très spacieuse mais dommage cela donnait sur les moteurs de clim de l’immeuble. Bruyant mais on s’y fait.
