Pros:

Nice well equipped room. Well designed except the usual wet room bathroom prevalent in Vietnam.

Cons:

Couldnhave been cleaner. Dust bunnies under the bed but not too bad. Noise on the street outside was horendous. Busses pulling up in the early hours blaring their horns for customers to come out. Not hotels fault but still annoying.

Hot water is unstable, I stayed for 2 nights but they didn't provide bottled water on the 2nd day.

Pros:

Location was a little out of the central area (5-10 minutes via small alleyways), which was quiet as it can tend to get busy and noisy in Dalat with the night markets and shops.

Staff was very helpful with following up for cleaning or late check in

Cons:

Ventilation in the shower could be better (only one window was able to be opened)

Nice quiet and comfortable place and a good value.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful even though he did not speak English. The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. It is very quiet.

Cons:

It’s only a short walk to the local market and night market but it is quite steeply uphill to get back up to the hotel.

Fantastic
Pros:

Great staff, Great location in a quite area just a few minute's walk from the main drag. A great Beer cafe just around the corner.

Cons:

Could be a little loud in the morning, but nothing to worry about.

Pros:

We arrived very early in the morning from a night in the bus coming from Ho chi minh and we could pay a little extra to have an early check-in. This was a game changer that saved our day, we didn't expect it! We appreciated this service offered by the accommodation.

The room was good, decent size and with a nice bathroom and it's equipped with a kitchen (though we didn't use it).
