Just what we needed.
Pros:

Clean and new. Comfortable. More than sufficient to meet our needs.

Hotel good but staff very poor not as expected in this chain of hotels
Pros:

Breakfast as always ok lack of gluten free options slight problem

Cons:

Staff quite rude and distracted, on check in staff member still on his phone but dealt with check in ok including explanation of extra $75 hold policy on credit card.
On checkout staff member was trying to keep breakfast topped up as well as checking out and refused to issue a receipt saying it could only be issued by booking.com but ignored the fact that we chose to pay the hotel directly.

I think the staff was friendly enough, but I don’t think they knew what accessible means!
Pros:

It was close to the people we were visiting. It was just ok…nothing fancy for the price of the room for one night.

Cons:

I had called and asked for an accessible room. I had my elderly mother with me and she uses a walker since her stroke. The bed was fine for her but there were no grab bars by the toilet. The shower was in the tub and she couldn’t get into it. It was over 12 inches high. I was charged more for this room than when I have stayed at more elite hotels. Disappointed about it, especially since we paid over $300!!

Lack of service for expected hotel needs

Cons:

Our room was not ready when we arrived. Our door was open when we arrived to our room. They were not finished cleaning. Had no towels. Staff said they were running behind and would be finished when we returned from our event. When we returned still had no towels and no bedding for pull out sofa. When we went to the front desk for these items the attendant told us that we wouldnt be able to get any until tomorrow. I tols her that was unacceptable and she needed to find us sheets or we would be checking out. Multiple other guests were at the desk for the same issues.

Not up to LaQuinta standards way overpriced, took away from our weekend.

Location easy to easy out

Cons:

Our room wasn’t fully clean, tried to communicate with cleaning staff but they said they didn’t speak English. They were still cleaning rooms at 630 pm. Check out is 11 and check in is 3.
Breakfast was bad, eggs and sausage were not hot, coffee was always empty, coffee bar was a mess. They’d bring out more coffee but wouldn’t wipe counter off or pick up around it.
Way too high priced. This was price gouging, they knew there was event and price was 3x’s what it normally is. If I did that in my industry because of a storm I’d be charged and publicly shamed. If the property was clean and food was good….maybe you could swallow the extreme price but it wasn’t and the price was nothing more than a money grab.
