Hotel grande, acogedor, lindas vistas y desayuno excelente.
Pros:

Habitación amplia, linda vista al lago, buena cama. Desayuno excelente, muy completo. Está alejado del centro, por lo que se valora mucho el parking para moverse con tranquilidad. Lamentablemente no pudimos hacer uso de la piscina y el spa por falta de tiempo, tendremos que volver!

Cons:

Todo muy bien.

Pros:

חדרים גדולים, חלקם עם נוף יפהפה. שודרגנו לסוויטת מאסטר שהיתה ענקית. ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת

Cons:

בחדרים אין כמעט שקעים, שלא לדבר על שקע לטעינת טלפון ליד המיטה. בחדר אחד המקלחת היתה ישנה ובלויה.

Pros:

Quarto aconchegante, cama boa, travesseiro bom. Banheiro com ótima ducha. Café da manhã bem variado, perto do centro

Cons:

Elevador com duas portas de ferro que fazem muito barulho. Tem que pedir um quarto afastado senão não dá para dormir

Overall, the hotel was really good and we enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

The view was stunning. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

The water leaked from around the bathtub onto the bathroom floor.
There was no air conditioning and several days were quite hot in the room. A fan was provided when we asked.

Hice una reserva por una habitación cuádruple. Me dieron una habitación doble, me cobraron la misma tarifa y encima me dieron una habitación mirando a un cerco de plantas.. una porquería, el internet no andaba! … se jactan del nivel del hotel y es como cualquier otro….no vuelvo ni loca… 150 dólares para no tener ni vista al lago!!!!!

Pros:

We splashed out and had a suite which was just divine! Very spacious and super comfortable.
We ate in the restaurant a few times for convenience and found the food to be mostly very good.
The staff are very professional and friendly. Cannot fault them at all.
One can Uber into Bariloche but it’s not a bad walk in or out. The worst aspect is the walk from the road up to the hotel. It is quite steep and a rough driveway.

Cons:

A path or walkway from the hotel entrance to the main road through the gardens would enhance the property.
We left before breakfast which started at 07.00 AM so the hotel provided a sort of breakfast for us at 06.O0 AM. The quality of this breakfast was poor. It consisted of stale croissants (no butter/jam etc) and coffee but no milk. We had to ask the night porter who supplied us with powdered milk.
