Perfect stay in excellent location. Comfort plus!
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, sparkling clean and nicely decorated. We loved our room with windows (that open) looking out onto the trees. Our room was quiet and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Breakfast was an epic array of traditional Turkish and continental with lots of variety. Fresh and delicious. The staff were so kind and helpful, helped us arrange taxis, a hamam visit and saved us from disaster when we left our passport behind on the day we left. We highly recommend the Arena hotel. The neighborhood/location is fantastic, just a short walk to all the major sites/tram/restaurants/shops. We would definitely return.

Nice hotel for Istanbul

Will be definitely staying again when we visit Istanbul again.

Ozgur and his team are exceptional. This was our second stay at the hotel.
The rooms have been updated.

Hotel très agréable pour une famille avec enfants en bas âge !
Pros:

La chambre familiale était parfaite (2 chambres dans un meme espace privé avec une salle de bain). Le personnel était très gentil et de bons conseils. Le quartier touristique est proche et pourtant on dort au calme.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était cheap mais le personnel était gentil et les pancakes maisons très appréciés (le défaut = la qualité des produits : confiture bas de gamme, café infect, fruits pas mûrs). Il y avait des traces d'humidité dans la salle de bain et ca sentait la cuisine dans le couloir du bas.

O locatie primitoare si aproape de facilitati si atractii.
Pros:

Locatia buna, nu chiar in zonele aglomerate puternic. Personalul prietenos, ne-au facut upgrade la camera pt o seara. Micul dejun delicios, diversificat.

Cons:

La camera de la subsol, baia nu a fost tocmai in cele mai bune conditii.

Pros:

Отличный отель, удобное месторасположение, до площади Султанахмет 7 минут ходьбы , администраторы во всем нам помогали, очень чисто.

Cons:

Единственный момент который нужно исправить это завтраки- каждый день одинаковые, из за этого мы иногда даже не хотели идти на завтрак, т.к знали что там ничего новенького)
