A very good place to stay for sole travellers
Pros:

A very friendly staff ready to help. Great location only a 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city. AC working fine. Hot water in the bathroom with normal pressure. Reliable wi-fi.

Cons:

It might be a good idea to have fridges in the rooms and maybe safes for storing. Travellers with children should take into account that there are no swimming pools, playgrounds and loungers in the hotel

Good for a 1 night stay, but wouldn’t like to sleep on that bed any longer.
Pros:

Generally clean and fairly well maintained.

Cons:

Bed was extremely hard, like sleeping on timber. Charged 3000VT to call us a taxi.

Cons:

Bed was hard as a rock. Complimentary breakfast was only available on 1 of 3 days of the stay. Door to room was broken. AC kept turning off randomly in the night.

Peaceful, excellent service and communication. Some basic amenities is expected at this price point

The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Property was clean and Well-maintained

Cons:

Food is expensive, breakfast menu was good on my first day but then they cut off butter spread and mangoes the next day which was disappointing. There was no facial tissues in the room, which was inconvenient after arriving from a long journey. Also, no water provided either inside the room or in common areas for filling up a bottle, which means guests are expected to buy the overpriced water bottles from the vending machines .
