Расположение, чистота в номере - все хорошо! Да и персонал внешне демонстрировал внимательность и заботу. Думал, что это отражение желание сохранить отличное впечатление от Азербайджана. Но,…

Cons:

Номера (их было два) на третьем этаже во двор - это муки Ада для путешественника. Труба воздуховода из ресторана не давала возможности отдохнуть нормально после прекрасных впечатлений, полученных после прогулок по городу. Эту проблему администрация так и не решила ни в один из дней пребывания. Обидно, что так! Обещали, обещали и только… вообще по правилам проживания - эксплуатация этого номерного фонда должны быть запрещена. Такие номера вообще не вправе предлагать к проживанию. Терпеть не могу ябидничать, но мои огорчения от такого подхода очень велики!!!

Pros:

Posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti da piazza 28 Maggio(metro, treni e autobus, incluso quello per l'aeroporto), a due passi dal lungo mare e inoltre da servizi come il Crescent Mall e tanti locali in strade attigue.

Da commendare tutto il personale, estremamente gentile, disponibile e amichevole. (Encomio particolare a Fuad, che è stato di ottima compagnia ed è risultato particolarmente protettivo nei miei confronti)

Cons:

L'arredo è molto classico, questione di gusti.

Отдых в Dondar Hotel прошёл просто замечательно! Остались только самые приятные впечатления. В отеле всё понравилось: чистота, уют, комфорт и внимательное отношение к гостям. Благодаря такой атмосфере наш отдых получился действительно приятным и незабываемым.

Отдельную благодарность хотим выразить сотруднику ресепшена Фуату. Очень вежливый, доброжелательный и отзывчивый молодой человек. Всегда был готов помочь, подсказать и решить любой вопрос. Благодаря его внимательному отношению мы чувствовали себя очень комфортно.

Very good value for money. Clean and comfortable, if a little tired.
Pros:

Location perfect for ironman finish area. Good local restaurants and bars but a mile from old town. Rooms were a little tired but clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't very good. Instant coffee.

I had a lovely stay at Dondar Hotel Baku and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our experience so pleasant and comfortable.

A special thank you to the reception team, especially the lovely lady at reception and her manager, for their warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. They were kind, professional, and always ready to assist us. I especially appreciated their very thoughtful gesture of upgrading my room from Standard to Deluxe. It was such a lovely surprise and truly made my stay even more enjoyable.

I would also like to thank the housekeeping team for keeping everything clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

The breakfast buffet was another highlight. A special thank you to the chef and the breakfast team for the good service, and especially to Azar, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. His warm and friendly attitude really stood out and made breakfast a pleasant experience every morning.

I also truly appreciate the luggage gentleman, who was always helpful and assisted us with our luggage in such a kind and professional manner.

Overall, we felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire Dondar Hotel team for your hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again. 🤍
