Bakü seyahatimizde Dondar oteli tercih edip konakladık ve gerçekten her şeyden fazlasıyla memnun kaldık, hatta abartısız söylüyorum aşırı memnun kaldık! Baştan sona kusursuz bir deneyimdi.

Otelin temizliği, konforu ve çalışanların güler yüzü gerçekten takdire şayan. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Özellikle kahvaltılar tek kelimeyle şahane! Çeşitlilik, lezzet ve sunum açısından beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Her sabah ayrı bir keyifti.

Ayrıca özellikle Azer isimli çalışan arkadaşımıza ayrı bir parantez açmak istiyorum. Bizimle inanılmaz derecede ilgilendi, her konuda yardımcı oldu, güler yüzü ve samimiyetiyle tatilimizi daha da güzelleştirdi. Böyle ilgili ve işini severek yapan personel görmek gerçekten çok değerli. Kahvaltıdan resimler paylaştım ama bundan fazlada başka çeşitler vardı biz bunu tercih ettik sadece bununla sınırlı değildi bunuda not düşmek isterim😃

Bakü’ye yolu düşen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle tercihimiz yine burası olacak! 🌟💕💕💕💕🇦🇿💕

My stay at DONDAR Hotel was absolutely amazing. Everything exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, modern, and extremely clean. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the cleanliness of both the room and common areas was outstanding.
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel very comfortable and welcome throughout my stay.
The location of the hotel is also perfect — very convenient, easy to access, and close to important places. It made traveling around the city very easy and enjoyable.
Overall, DONDAR Hotel deserves nothing less than 10 stars! I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to everyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a great location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish.
The hotel is excellent, and the staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of options. The location is also superb and very convenient.

Хочу выразить искреннюю благодарность всему коллективу отеля за отличный отдых. С первого дня чувствовался высокий уровень сервиса, внимание к деталям и настоящее гостеприимство. Номер был чистый, уютный и полностью соответствовал ожиданиям. Персонал всегда вежливый, отзывчивый и готовый помочь в любой ситуации.
Отдельную благодарность хочу выразить менеджеру Нураддину за его профессионализм и внимательное отношение к гостям. Благодаря ему наше пребывание прошло максимально комфортно и спокойно. Видно, что он действительно заботится о репутации отеля и о каждом госте.
Всё было организовано на высоком уровне, остались только положительные впечатления. С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова!

Pros:

The hotel is simply wonderful! Very clean, cozy, and most importantly - incredibly polite and helpful staff. Varied and delicious breakfasts - a great start to the day. Thank you very much for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

A separate plus is the excellent location: the hotel is located in the very center of Baku, close to the main attractions. The embankment is just a two-minute walk away!

Pros:

Excellent location, you can walk everywhere, both to the embankment and to the old city, there are many cafes and shops near the hotel. I would like to thank all the hotel staff who helped us solve any of our problems and helped organize an excursion. The hotel has a homely atmosphere, everyone was friendly, and the breakfasts were home-cooked with love. The room was always clean, linen and linens were fresh.
The hotel also provides a transfer service from the airport and back, which was very convenient.
In a word, it was like home. A huge THANK YOU to the entire hotel team.
