Расположение - очень хорошее. Внимательный персонал на ресепшн. Отличная работа. Хороший завтрак. Черная икра действительно присутствует. Размеры номера, звукоизоляция. Норм матрас, мягкие халаты. Очень хорошая цена, что заставляет мириться с недостатками

Cons:

Номера нужно было ремонтировать уже ПОЗАВЧЕРА. Во всяком случае, мой номер. Баку - влажный город. Следы сырости на стенах, из-за сырости ржавые принадлежности в ванной. Номер не убирался. Первоначально очень хороший концепт, в который просто забывали вкладывать ( ремонт, поддержка и тд)

good hotel to stay in the center of Baku
Pros:

Very friendly stuffs. The reception Fuad is helpful, the kitchen and other stuffs are also friendly. The bed is good and clean. and the location is also perfect, very close to the sea and the old town. we lived in the second floor. the hotel generally looks nice. Considering the price it worth the value

Cons:

The wall and some facilities is a bit old. the pillow is a bit too high

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Dondar Hotel

I had a wonderful experience at Dondar Hotel in Baku. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient, and the staff were always professional, friendly, and ready to help.

I would especially like to thank Fuad at the reception. He provided outstanding customer service throughout my stay. Fuad was extremely polite, attentive, and professional, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. His positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction made my visit even more enjoyable.

Thanks to Fuad and the entire team, my stay was smooth and memorable. I highly recommend Dondar Hotel to anyone visiting Baku and will gladly stay here again in the future.

Very good stay
Pros:

I had a Wonderfull stay at the hotel.The rooms of the hotel are spacious and clean. Location is perfect. If you cross the road and walk along the promenade, you will reach Deniz Mall and Carpet museum in 20 minutes. There many eateries and stores nearby which makes it location very good. The hotel staff was also very friendly especially Mr. Faud was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us very valuable information about places to visit and helped in arranging the taxis too. Overall our stay was very good at the hotel.

Dondar Hotel Formula 1 View — отличный вариант для тех, кто хочет комфортно отдохнуть в центре Баку по разумной цене. Отель приятно удивил своим расположением: буквально в нескольких минутах находится набережная, Старый город, кафе, магазины и основные достопримечательности. Номера в отеле просторные, светлые и уютные. В комнатах есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: кондиционер, телевизор, чайник, холодильник, халаты, тапочки и полный набор косметических принадлежностей. Уборка проводится регулярно, а сами номера выглядят аккуратно и современно. Особенно приятно, что персонал старается быстро решать любые вопросы и идёт навстречу гостям. Отдельной похвалы заслуживает персонал отеля. Отмечу, что сотрудники помогают с трансфером, экскурсиями, ранним заселением и всегда готовы подсказать хорошие места в городе.отдельно благодарярю менеджеров и сотрудников за тёплый приём и искреннее гостеприимство. Завтраки в отеле хорошие и достаточно разнообразные: есть горячие блюда, овощи, сыры, сладости, чай и кофе. Особенно удобно, что завтрак длится до 11 утра. Сама атмосфера в ресторане спокойная и уютная, а сам отель отлично подходит как для туристической поездки, так и для делового визита. В целом, Dondar Hotel Formula 1 View оставляет очень приятное впечатление: удачное расположение, чистые номера, отзывчивый персонал и хорошее соотношение цены и качества делают его одним из достойных вариантов проживания в Баку.
