A decent location marred by too much road noise, poor management and poor property upkeep.

Cons:

The lift was not working properly on arrival. The Room AC was also not working and we were told that it takes 15 minutes to start. The locker in the room wasnt working as well. The hotel is on the main road so the expectation was that the windows would be double glazed to reduce the noise in the room, which they weren't, so we had quite difficulty in sleeping.

Breakfast had a poor variety of foodstuff, compared to the money being charged. The bathroom linen was of poor quality and the towels had their edges worn out.

Also, due to our flight delay we wanted to check out late and paid half of the room rate. The staff asked when we would check out and we told them around 6PM. They stated that they may change the room since the room was boked for another guest. We agreed to that. The expectation is that once you pay for half day (it was the same price even if it was 1 hour beyond check out time) one can stay for 12 hours beyond the check out time, however in our case, were told to check out by 6.15PM since the room was allocated to another guest. This was quite rude and unprofessional on part of the hotel management.

Во время моего проживания в Dondar Hotel всё полностью оправдало мои ожидания. Номера были очень чистыми, уютными и аккуратными, а уборке уделялось особое внимание каждый день. Завтрак был вкусным и достаточно разнообразным. С первых дней особенно приятно впечатлили доброжелательность, отзывчивость и профессионализм персонала.
Отдельно хочу отметить услуги трансфера и организации туров. По сравнению с другими платформами здесь предлагают более выгодные цены, а всё организовано очень удобно и качественно. Всем, кто ищет качественный сервис, доступные цены и искреннее гостеприимство, с уверенностью рекомендую Dondar Hotel. Если я снова приеду в этот город, мой выбор без сомнений снова будет Dondar Hotel.

Pros:

Месторасположение прекрасное. Вечером наслаждалась прогулкой по набережной, но и до площади фонтанов быстро дошла. Номер большой, чистый и комфортный. Завтраки тоже разнообразные и вкусные. Персонал вежливый, приветливый и все, что мне нужно было предоставили.

Замечательный отдых в Баку
Pros:

Все было супер, нам дали номер выше категории. Персонал лучше всех похвал, любая просьба выполняется мгновенно , даже ночью. Завтрак очень хорош. Постель удобная. Месторасположение удобное

good hotel to stay in the center of Baku
Pros:

Very friendly stuffs. The reception Fuad is helpful, the kitchen and other stuffs are also friendly. The bed is good and clean. and the location is also perfect, very close to the sea and the old town. we lived in the second floor. the hotel generally looks nice. Considering the price it worth the value

Cons:

The wall and some facilities is a bit old. the pillow is a bit too high

Расположение - очень хорошее. Внимательный персонал на ресепшн. Отличная работа. Хороший завтрак. Черная икра действительно присутствует. Размеры номера, звукоизоляция. Норм матрас, мягкие халаты. Очень хорошая цена, что заставляет мириться с недостатками

Cons:

Номера нужно было ремонтировать уже ПОЗАВЧЕРА. Во всяком случае, мой номер. Баку - влажный город. Следы сырости на стенах, из-за сырости ржавые принадлежности в ванной. Номер не убирался. Первоначально очень хороший концепт, в который просто забывали вкладывать ( ремонт, поддержка и тд)
