For guest on bed and breakfast: Breakfast ((07:30-10:00) with coffee, tea, water and juice
For guests on Half board: Breakfast (07:30-10:00) with coffee, tea, water and juice and Dinner (19:00-21:00). We kindly ask you to note that if you have booked half board (breakfast & dinner) no drinks are included during the dinner. If you are interested in package inclusive of drinks we suggest you take a look at our All-inclusive option.
For guest on All-inclusive: breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:00-21:00) with local alcohol and non-alcohol drinks during meals and from the lobby, pool bar and beach bar within working hours and until 00:00
- Pets up 10 kg can be accommodated at an extra charge of EUR 15 per day.
- Children Policy: Guests are considered as children if they are under 12.99 y.o. Children up to 12.99 years old stay free with existing bedding (i.e when it sleeps in the same bed as its parents). Extra bed or baby cot can be added to the room at 10.00 BGN per night for baby cot and 20.00 BGN per night for extra bed. Regular bedding in double room is 1x super-king size (87 in/79 in) and in twin room is 2x separate queen size beds (49 in/79 in)
- Guests can also book at the reception an umbrella and sunbeds on the beach for free usage, subject to availability from July to the end of August.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Приятно изненадан съм. Обслужването беше страхотно (навсякъде, ресторант, рецепция, СПА, всичко), стаята супер (възглавниците, леглата, простора, терасата, всичко!), а закуската .. НАЙ-добрата закуска в хотел до сега!
Вечерята също беше много добра с вкусни специалитети.

Най-добрия и отзивчив персонал .Невероятна кухня силно препоръчвам вечеря в стаята -храната надхвърли всички очаквания невероятни вкусове и най-вкусния октопод и патешко магре което сме опитвали .Спа процедурите ви са уникални.Най-удобните легла и възглавници .Благодарим ви ,че всеки път ни карате да се чувстваме специални гости и нямаме търпение да се върнем при първа възможност

Горещо препоръчвам.
Pros:

Хотелът е разкошен. Един от най-добрите, в които съм била. Обадихме се да ги питаме какви са опциите за вечеря, понеже закъснявахме за all inclusive и те задържаха блок масите специално заради нас. Посрещнаха ни като випове. Невероятно любезен персонал. Оценка 10 е малко.

Cons:

Няма нещо, което да не ми е харесало.

Nu merita
Cons:

Hotelul are nevoie de renovare urgenta.Nu are nici o legatura cu confortul celor 5 stele.Merita 3 stele cel mult.
Tapetul jupuit,pereti mazgaliti ,draperii gaurite.In camera ,tot ce inseamna geam sau oglinda nu a mai fost sters demult.Praf in staturi,probabil din sezonul trecut.Aspiratorul a fost folosit doar in zonele din mijlocul camerei,prin colturi si dupa tablia patului ramase ambalaje de dulciuri de la oaspetii anteriori.
Dezamagitor !!!

Preț calitate cam mult pentru ce oferă!

Resort mare și un Hotel mare și curat, servirea excelentă, mîncarea foarte bună ospătarii nota 10!

Cons:

Halatele pentru piscină slab calitativ , nu merită nici 2 ⭐️ și camerele normale , nu arată de hotel de 5 stele nici in vis 😴

За втори път отсядаме в този хотел и наблюдаваме много положителни промени.За разлика от предния път,сега хотелът е добре отоплен,включително и огромното фоайе,в което преди мръзнахме. Стаите са чисти,леглата-широки с изключително дебели и удобни матраци,великолепни завивки и възглавници,които си променят формата спрямо главата . Направо балсам за гърба ви!Басейнът е с намалена дълбочина-преди си беше доста дълбок,удобен е за семейства с малки деца,каквито и имаше доста в хотела.Водата е чудесна за плуване,топла-около 31-32 градуса,СПА центърът предлага различни удобства/много ни зарадваха 2 съоръжения-душът с дюзите и солната стая,в която си облягаш гърба на отоплени седалки и релаксираш/.Има различни масажи и процедури с лечебна кал,препоръчваме!Закуската е добра,продуктите са качествени,има избор.

Cons:

Ако сте по-едър,носете си халат от къщи или ще ви се наложи да молите за съответния размер.Халатите,които хотелът предлага,са много малки и тип"вафлен плат"-тънки са.
Басейните са доста хлорирани и не са за хора с алергии и чувствителна кожа.Лично аз получих обрив.

Когато излезеш от стаята за повече от час и се върнеш,първият половин час е некомфортно , защото е студено.Явно климатикът спира ,когато те няма,а и не може да се регулира.
