iRoHa Garden Hotel & Resort

An absolute gem of a property in the center of Phnom Penh. Exceptional service all round, the staff were incredible and could not do enough for us. The owner would greet us every morning and have a chat with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel was so peaceful and relaxing. I cannot rate this place highly enough.

The hotel was quiet and secluded, once on the grounds you had know idea you were in the city. The gardens were tranquil and there was so much to see, beautiful plants,trees and red and grey squirrels and an abundant amount of birds and a resident cat who strolled around minding his own business. The pool was refreshing but not cold so it didn’t take your breath away.
It had a very relaxing feel.
The food and drinks were reasonably priced and tasty.
The building in places looked tired however this definitely didn’t cause any concern and really is just a small observation.
The one thing you do notice and what stands out to be the highlight of your stay is the staff. The manager greets you on arrival and checks in with you everyday at breakfast to make sure all is well and for a general chat. This continues through out every single person we met. So friendly and welcoming, happy to answer any questions you have, they help plan adventures out, call you a Tuk Tuk and even when you are ready to return they will arrange for your collection and check you have got into the vehicle safely. Nothing was a problem.
Once you arrive back from your time out of the hotel you are greeted with

It really felt like a second home.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Iroha Garden Hotel.
Everything about the hotel is exceptional, the staff are efficient, professional and friendly. They recommended and booked restaurants and taxis, and Ben (from reception) helped us to sort which bus station to go to for our onward journey.
We had 2 rooms in the garden villas and they were both spacious and very comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily, fresh towels, fresh loose leaf tea, coffee pods and bottled water provided.
The hotel is set in a lovely garden and is an oasis of calm and tranquility, a perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh.
It's an easy 10 minute tuk tuk ride to the centre and there are lots of restaurants in the hotel area.
We ate once in the hotel restaurant and the food was very enjoyable. Lots of choice at breakfast, which we ate in the garden listening to the birds.
The pool is a delight, with plenty of natural shade under the trees, sun loungers and 3 cabanas round the pool. There is also a small gym and spa facilities.
Lots of other services provided, ie tour arranging, laundry, a driver and tuk tuk.
A big thank you to all the staff for all their hard work in making our stay so enjoyable, we enjoyed it so much we have booked another stay later in the month.

Breakfast is free, and there are many menu selections. They offer American food, Japanese food, Khmer food, and Chinese food for breakfast. Lunch and dinner are available but not free. The afternoon/evening menu is top notch, and all entrees are reasonably priced. This is the greatest value for the money in all of Phnom Penh. The staff are super friendly, always smiling, happy to go out of their way to help travelers. The owner personally comes to each meal to talk to the guests and ask if they are having any problems. Excellent customer service, a nice large swimming pool, beautiful gardens, large comfortable rooms. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Accueil personnalisé, chaleureux et efficace

iRoHa hotel is a real oasis in Phonm Penh. Situated in a lovely walled garden, it is welcoming, very comfortable with an excellent swimming pool. The staff are superb, looking after us very well. A bonus is that their extensive breakfast is available ALL day, which is very convenient.
An easy tuctuc ride to local restaurants or downtown to the riverside. Highly recommended.

The customer service was outstanding - some of the best we've experienced on our global travels.
The breakfast was excellent, as was dinner.

Breakfast was excellent, and even better was the fact that you could literally have it any time of day - so no missing breakfast because of an early morning run or city tour. The pool was spacious and not at all crowded. The rooms were individual and interesting, combining Khmer and Japanese design. The staff were all wonderful, I constantly got the sense that they wanted to make my stay memorable.
