Looks luxurious, new building. Location is close to upper Bhagsu. Nice view from windows and balcony (make sure to get high floors).
Some staff were nice and helpful, while others were less helpful as they hard time understanding our Enlgish.
On check-in day we had hard time finding the place at night, and they didn't answer the phone. We evetually found the place but it was very scary experience.
Our room didn't have the mountain view, although it was mentioned on the description.
There was some mold in the ceiling, because of strong recent rains, which was the reason we eventually moved to another hotel.

The room is clean and spacious
The view from the hotel does not match the advertised images, as it is partially blocked by nearby housing. The hot water in the room was unreliable, working for only a few minutes, which made showering difficult for my family. Considering the price, the hotel does not offer a buffet breakfast, which was disappointing. Additionally, the road leading up to the hotel is very steep and may be challenging for guests with elderly family members or mobility issues.

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my stay. The staff was unhelpful and not at all friendly—especially the manager, Shivam, who was downright rude. Most rooms (except the expensive ones on the 4th floor) have no view, and with construction going on all around the property, the surroundings were just unpleasant. On top of that, the location is tricky to find, and even local taxi/auto drivers had trouble getting there.
Breakfast was a letdown, just 2-3 options, and whatever was on the buffet was sent to the room, with nothing else available. And to make it worse, the food was cold and tasted stale. I was honestly glad I had protein bars with me. Dinner was average, but they kept reminding me to order before 10 PM because the kitchen shuts down early.
The terrace also felt way smaller than it looked in the pictures. Overall, I really wish I had stayed somewhere else.

. The manager was very helpful in setting up the scooty for us to to travel. The backside of the hote towards dharamkotl is dreamy!! Would love to comeback again. The only small drawback is food items were limited in the hotel but overall had an amazing stay!!

The staff was cordial and helped us to get whatever best was possible to manage however the facilities were not upto the mark. The geyser had a cut off time of 15mins. the lights were linked to TV. And many such things.

The place was so absurd, no proper road to reach there. The facilities were also not great.
The hotel is very beautiful, with spacious, elegantly designed rooms and breathtaking views.

two issues disturbed my stay. First, all rooms in the hotel share the same entry code *(number), which means when I accidentally went to the wrong room, I was able to enter someone else's room. This does not provide a sense of security.
Second, initially I was placed in a first-floor room next to the dining area, where I constantly heard noise during breakfast and dinner times. Only after paying an additional fee was I moved to a second-floor room with a better view and no noise disturbances.
The location is neither in Bagso nor in Dharamakot. You need to walk about ten minutes uphill/downhill to reach either of these nearby centers.

It was at a high but dangerous place due to a small track for car..the staff was just ok..the bed sheets were found already used..so got changed later on demand...wash rooom has a small geyser ..not proper enough for hot water in winters for family..air conditionerwas not working properly..location in picture is not that good as it seems..terrace Cafe has a good view..food was not tasty...even as the staff seems rude when they asked ..aapka ho gaya khana...staff called in the morning and said check out is strictly 11am..it was also rude..so they need improvement
