Important information:

Please note that the hotel reserves the right to block a certain amount on your card prior to check-in.

When booking more than 8 rooms, additional charges may apply, as well as special cancelation and payment policies.

Upon check-in, you will need to present the credit used to make the reservation, this rule is imposed by the CMI (Moroccan Interbank Center).

Pets (cats & dogs less than 5 kg) are allowed uppon reservation. A fee of 100 dhs/pet/night is applied. Pets are not allowed in the restaurants and must stay in the commun areas.

A heated indoor pool is also available at extra charge and it is only accessible for adults (over 14 years).

A free shuttle to historic city center is available upon reservation 5 hours perior departure time.

Please note that the all inclusive formula is for the Atlas restaurant and the open bar as well as unlimited access to the aquapark.

The Kids club is open to children aged from 4 to 10 years. Babysitting service is available on request with extra charge.

In case of early departure, the total amount is charged.

The enhancement works are scheduled from November 14th to December 13th, 2025.

To maintain the highest standards of comfort and well-being, our SPA will be closed from 14 to 19 December 2025 due to a technical matter requiring intervention.

One of the few all-inclusive resorts in Marrakesh

Cons:

Sauna access? You have to pay extra
Indoor pool access? You have to pay extra
Steam room access? You have to pay extra
Kids pool area was full of bugs - poor pest control.
Overall felt quite old and dated.

Fantastic Hotel.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone made us feel very welcome. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. There's the option of two pools, one heated and one not. The bigger, non heated one only opened on our second day, so suspect it's closed until April. That one was cold but absolutely fine once you were in.
The aqua park is a good addition for kids, which a good variety of slides. It was never too busy that you had to queue for a slide.
The choice of food options was great, loads of rotation throughout the week, and the option to book on to both of the a la carte restaurants, once each.
The nightly entertainment was OK, the staff teubrelaky hard. I do think it would benefit from being outside, rather than in a function room.

Cons:

We had noise neighbours above us. I'd ask for a top floor room next time. The bedroom doors beep when they're open, which can be a little disturbing when it comes to the time of the morning when everyone is getting up, and cleaning ladies do their rounds.

Overall a Very Good Hotel with a great Waterpark for the children.
Pros:

Service was great. Staff were friendly, especially Salma in the Main Restaurant (During Breakfast & Lunch)

Cons:

The Signage on Food.
My Son (And Many others in the hotel, after speaking to a few parents) Suffers from Nut & Fish Allergy.
There weren’t any signs of “Contains Nuts” etc and when asking the staff their English wasn’t that great. (The language isn’t an issue, as I myself don’t speak French or Arabic) but having Signs helps.

Pros:

Clean and spacious room. Staff was great and so was the food!

Cons:

The towel policy and the cold pools at the aquapark! A deposit needs to be given of 20 EUR or 200dirham for each towel… A bit strange for a 5 star hotel. The kids pools at the aquapark were unpleasantly cold. Kids couldn’t swim for too long as they got too cold.

Amazing holiday with excellent facilities.
Pros:

Breakfast ,lunch and dinner was excellent with staff on hand to help. Some lovely service from Asma ,Selma and waiters.
Children had so much fun in the water park with on hand life guards.

Cons:

If there had been a playground for children with swings and slides who may not want to go in the water.
Maybe the kids pool in the aqua park could be heated as everyone wanted to go in the heated pool.

Amazing start to finish!
Pros:

My partner and I along with our three kids (7,6,5) just spend the week there! Amazing. From start to finish. The food, the heated outdoor pool, the waterpark, everything was honestly just Fabulous!

Special mention to Amine, one of the kids entertainers (they were all very good). But he was just brilliant. Kids loved him. The kids entertainers work very hard, morning to night, always a smile on their face, Amine remembers all the kids names too!

Ali & James on the bar, gentlemen, very friendly, brilliant service guys!!

The on site photography guys were also very good to deal with.

Housekeeping team were absolutely brilliant every day

Hotel only a very short 15-20min taxi into the centre of the city which is beautiful. Onsite taxi rank & excursions office.

Couldn't ask for more!!! I'll be back

Cons:

The main lady on reception, dark blonde hair, could have been a little more helpful.

The price of laundry onsite is CRAZY 🤣
They should change this to help families. My laundry , about three small bags was going to be about €200

Pros:

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Tem piscina exterior aquecida. Tem um aquapark dentro do hotel, o que é excelente para crianças. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Fica a 15 min da Medina, mas tem shuttle gratuito. Tem uma agência dentro do hotel onde podemos marcar os tours que quisermos, super prático. O quarto é espaçoso. Ótimo espaço para famílias. A comida é bem confecionada.

O hotel fica a 15 min do centro da Medina de carro, mas tem serviço de shuttle gratuito. O spa é pago à parte.

worst experience with a hotel I ever had.
Cons:

despite emailing 5 items a week prior no effort was done for my group of 6 people's dietary requirements. They don't take allergens seriously also, puting the allergens based on guesses with huge incompetence

pools were stone cold as so was the aqua park
Cancelled the dinner reservation that was supposed to be included with a piece of paper and no partial refund.

Should be advertised as a family only hotel
Pros:

We wound up at this hotel (two young adults) because we got sick and needed a comfortable place to stay until we got better. Overall it was pretty nice but there is no adult only space. I understand families need places to go on vacation but they should advertise that EVERYONE staying there was a family with children. We would have just gone somewhere else if we knew since we were trying to chill out and recover.

Cons:

Full of British families and the food and drinks were not very good because it was an all inclusive style hotel. Probably fine for kids though lol.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were a very good size and pretty comfortable, the kids pool was perfect for my toddler and 5 year old severely disabled child , food was very good

Cons:

Walls are thin so you can hear everything outside your room… Apart from the kids pool there is not much to do for toddlers - as the kids club starts from 4 years old… and there’s no playground
