When booking more than 8 rooms, additional charges may apply, as well as special cancelation and payment policies.
Upon check-in, you will need to present the credit used to make the reservation, this rule is imposed by the CMI (Moroccan Interbank Center).
Pets (cats & dogs less than 5 kg) are allowed uppon reservation. A fee of 100 dhs/pet/night is applied. Pets are not allowed in the restaurants and must stay in the commun areas.
A heated indoor pool is also available at extra charge and it is only accessible for adults (over 14 years).
A free shuttle to historic city center is available upon reservation 5 hours perior departure time.
Please note that the all inclusive formula is for the Atlas restaurant and the open bar as well as unlimited access to the aquapark.
The Kids club is open to children aged from 4 to 10 years. Babysitting service is available on request with extra charge.

Staff, grounds , rooms, good aircon . Swimming pool. Very clean . Bars well placed , easy access to all facilities. Good aqua park . Cocktails were great , beer okay too.
Wine was rather harsh and acidic . This is an area they could improve .
Le Fez is a lovely setting for the resturant , very well presented and staff great as usual . However the offering were to similar to the main buffet area . This could be a little better in what it offers. Although food was still very nice .
We had the pleasure of spending five nights at Eden Andalou Aqua Park Hotel last week, and it was truly one of our best holiday experiences.
In summary, the resort is absolutely amazing — exceptionally clean, with a great variety of both Moroccan and international food, and supported by a team of genuinely friendly and welcoming staff who made our stay unforgettable.
A special thanks to Mamado and Amine, who were always smiling and full of energy. They are fantastic entertainers for both kids and adults — hilarious, super friendly, and great fun to be around.
Ali at the VIP bar deserves a big mention as well. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and proactive, always going the extra mile to help. His drinks were excellent, especially the virgin mojito — highly recommended!
Tarek, the lifeguard at the heated pool, was outstanding. He struck the perfect balance between being flexible and approachable while ensuring everyone’s safety at all times.
Laila was extremely helpful in arranging our excursions, all of which exceeded our expectations — everything was smooth, well-organised, and memorable.
We also want to thank Lamia at reception for her kindness and support throughout our stay. A special mention to Talib as well, who welcomed us during a late check-in and thoughtfully arranged a complimentary delicious dinner to our room, even though the restaurant was already closed — a gesture we truly appreciated specially after a long flight from Dublin.

BBQ outside was fun and the desserts on the buffet.
Check in very disorganized. Had to wait one hour.
Some staff a little gruff but others really nice and friendly so it balanced out!

Las instalaciones muy bien. El aquapark genial. Muy limpio, tranquilo y el personal muy majo y profesional.
La comida poca variedad y repetitiva. El todo incluido terminaba a las 11pm. Poca opción de comer durante el día fuera de las tres comidas principales.

Amazingly friendly and polite staff. Ali, who was on his first day on the job, and James, in particular, kept us smiling at the snack bar and by the pool. Everyone we met was absolutely amazing. See you next Easter—we’ll be bringing the kids this time!

Rien de négatif, l'hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, le personnel est très attentionné comme souvent au Maroc,la nourriture est variée et de bonnes qualités.
