Important information:

Please note that the hotel reserves the right to block a certain amount on your card prior to check-in.

When booking more than 8 rooms, additional charges may apply, as well as special cancelation and payment policies.

Upon check-in, you will need to present the credit used to make the reservation, this rule is imposed by the CMI (Moroccan Interbank Center).

Pets (cats & dogs less than 5 kg) are allowed uppon reservation. A fee of 100 dhs/pet/night is applied. Pets are not allowed in the restaurants and must stay in the commun areas.

A heated indoor pool is also available at extra charge and it is only accessible for adults (over 14 years).

A free shuttle to historic city center is available upon reservation 5 hours perior departure time.

Please note that the all inclusive formula is for the Atlas restaurant and the open bar as well as unlimited access to the aquapark.

The Kids club is open to children aged from 4 to 10 years. Babysitting service is available on request with extra charge.

In case of early departure, the total amount is charged.

The enhancement works are scheduled from November 14th to December 13th, 2025.

To maintain the highest standards of comfort and well-being, our SPA will be closed from 14 to 19 December 2025 due to a technical matter requiring intervention.

Exceptionel
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à l’Eden Andalou

Tout le monde était adorable et aux petits soins. La piscine chauffée était un vrai bonheur, et mon fils s’est éclaté grâce aux animateurs ! Ils se sont très bien occupés de lui tout au long du séjour, toujours attentifs, dynamiques et bienveillants. Entre les toboggans et les différentes activités proposées, il ne s’est pas ennuyé une seconde.

La nourriture était excellente, variée et de grande qualité.

L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre, et le service de ménage est irréprochable.

Un grand merci également à l’équipe de la piscine : mon fils avait perdu sa serviette et le problème a été réglé immédiatement grâce à la gentillesse et au professionnalisme de la jeune fille présente.

Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la navette gratuite pour le centre de Marrakech, ainsi que le service de transfert entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel, très pratique et parfaitement organisé.

Franchement, il n’y a rien à redire : tout était parfait du début à la fin.
Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Merci beaucoup pour ce merveilleux séjour !

Amazing hotel, facilities and exceptional staff !
Pros:

Beautiful and clean facilities but what made the stay even more amazing was the attentiveness and effort of all the staff who were just wonderful and friendly. Monsoud made our breakfast and lunches great with extra care and always remembering what we liked.
James and Yassine at the bar always friendly and made great drinks.
And the animation team were wonderful with the kids and adults trying to get everyone involved and aware of the activities. Special shout out to Mamade who was always energetic and friendly.

We really enjoyed most of the night activities and shows and had a great time. Bingo and quiz night were not as great as felt a bit longer and more complicated than they needed to be.

All requests at the front desk were handled promptly.

Overall an excellent experience and will hopefully be going back again!

Cons:

Nothing really but just to note that in the off season, the non heated pools were too cold for me.
