Pros:

Caroline at the reception was the best, she made sure we settle in and in the most suitable room. Very friendly and polite, her customer service I give it 10/10. To the Chef that served us on Monday, thank you so much. Your work is amazing. To the lady called Cynthia Oww mommy, thank you so much for your warmth. May God bless you abundantly, Cynthia was so professional and checking if we were still okay during our breakfast. You and Caroline were the best. Ow to top it up I received chocolates since it was my birthday.

A perfect base for exploring Kruger National Park and nearby attractions.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent. It's close to a shopping mall, the entrance to Kruger National Park, and several other attractions. My visit was quite short, and I spent my only full day exploring Kruger National Park, so I didn't get the chance to enjoy all the facilities. That said, the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There's also a lovely pool that I hope to make use of on my next visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Cons:

The only downside for me was that the à la carte menu wasn't available at all times. I personally prefer ordering from a menu rather than having a buffet, so having that option available more often would have made my stay even better.

The staff was extremely helpful with our cooler boxes from the game reserve. They were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a great one.

The AC in the rooms was not sufficient to keep the room warm. Also the two single beds made things a little uncomfortable when we expected one double bed

La chambre est spacieux et enfants et parents ont chacun leur espace. Proche kruger.

Cons:

Le personnel manque infos. Il y a eu une représentation de danse l'hôtel et on ne nous a même pas informé. La réceptionniste pas très accueillante.

Le petit déjeuner Est trop simpliste pas viennoiseries ou crêpes juste muffin. Et juste thé ou café pas cappuccino ou chocolat chaud.

Pros:

I liked the cleanliness. The water was hot, I didn't struggle. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Firstly, I struggled to reach the reception, it's not directive enough. Was not easy to get to the room. Poor directions. I didn't enjoy my sleep due to twin bed with my husband, couldn't cuddle. We slept separately.

Their breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I wasn't happy with the WiFi, I reported on the first day when I arrived, until my last day i didn't have it. The aircon had a problem the maintenance person came on the third day to have a look at it. Our room was not properly cleaned.
