Relaxing, good and delicious buffet breakfast.
Pros:

They have a good customer care - when you raise a concern about something, they attend to it immediately.

Cons:

Nothing really. This is one of the best hotels in Hazyview and in the province of Mpumalanga as a whole.

Pros:

Brsakfast was nice and there was a lot to choose from. Location was great,we walked to Hazyview junction,so yah.

Cons:

There was a stench smell in the room. Don't know if the ceiling is wet or the furniture is just old.
Those chairs! Those chairs need some deep cleaning.
The wifi is SLOOOW or just stops connecting.
There were no carpets in the bathroom. You slip and break a neck coming out the shower. (Called the reception asking for a carpet,a white towel came) so,I guess they don't do carpets🤷‍♀️

We selected a room with bunk bed instead,we got a double room with a queen bed and 2 singles put together,separating us an the kids.


Otherwise,everything else was okay

Pros:

The staff, the location, the comfort.

Cons:

We ate dinner in the boma. The food was superb except for the pork rashers and meat skewers. The meat was so tough that none of us could chew it. We all (9 of us) put the meat aside. Fortunately there were so many other dishes to choose from and the alternative meals were superb.
We hoped the chef would notice the untouched meats as we did not want to ruin the lovely ambiance of the evening by complaining.

We booked in and immediately looked for accommodation elsewhere. Were forced to stay 1 night as we couldn’t find alterna

One pool was green. The other one had lots of debris at the bottom and was full of leaves. Pond feature was half empty, very green. Outside walls were full of mould. Room was clean except for the carpet that was very marked, sticky and dirty. There was no key to the entrance of rooms 5 and 7 and we didn’t feel safe. Rooms 1 and 2 weren’t of an acceptable standard at all. Building maintenance happening and rubble and bricks just lying around.

I enjoyed being there and love the bedroom was very comfortable and met my expectations

The place is beautiful,clean and staff was very accommodating

Pros:

Caroline at the reception was the best, she made sure we settle in and in the most suitable room. Very friendly and polite, her customer service I give it 10/10. To the Chef that served us on Monday, thank you so much. Your work is amazing. To the lady called Cynthia Oww mommy, thank you so much for your warmth. May God bless you abundantly, Cynthia was so professional and checking if we were still okay during our breakfast. You and Caroline were the best. Ow to top it up I received chocolates since it was my birthday.

A perfect base for exploring Kruger National Park and nearby attractions.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent. It's close to a shopping mall, the entrance to Kruger National Park, and several other attractions. My visit was quite short, and I spent my only full day exploring Kruger National Park, so I didn't get the chance to enjoy all the facilities. That said, the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There's also a lovely pool that I hope to make use of on my next visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Cons:

The only downside for me was that the à la carte menu wasn't available at all times. I personally prefer ordering from a menu rather than having a buffet, so having that option available more often would have made my stay even better.
