Cons:

Saleté, odeur de moisissures, hygiène à désirée, salle de bain non étanche. Donc inondation si vous prenez une douche, clim toute rouillée et bruyante. Literie horrible, les draps ne sont pas lavés et les serviettes aussi plein de taches.

На пару ночей ок, на все что дольше недели не советую

Очень хорошая локация, в паре минут ходьбы пляж Сурин.
До 7/11 около 5-7 минут ходьбы.
Очень порадовал ежедневный комплимент от гостиницы в виде бесплатных 2 бутылок воды, 2 банок пепси, и 3 пачек разных снэков.
Очень приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Я заселился в гостиницу на два дня позже по причине переноса моих рейсов из за ситуации на ближнем востоке. Гостиница и Букинг отказались компенсировать мне стоимость этих дней.
Рядом с гостиницей стройка, бывали очень шумные ночи из-за работы бензо-генераторов.
Очень шумный внешний блок кондиционера, очень слышно в номере если кондиционер включен.
