Elegancki hotel, bardzo dobre śniadania, nie dla osób które chcą przygotowywać własne jedzenie.
Pros:

Lokalizacja idealna w centrum miasta, bardzo dobre śniadanie, nowoczesne i ładne pokoje, bardzo czysto i elegancko. Wszystko na wysokim poziomie, sympatyczna obsługa.

Cons:

Pokoje bardzo małe, nie ma gdzie nawet rozłożyć walizek, brak jakiejkolwiek szafy na ubrania i rzeczy oraz szafeczek przy łożkach, brak półek w łazience i pod prysznicem, nie ma gdzie przygotować własnego posiłku (miejsce gdzie są podawane śniadania zamienia po południu w elegancką restaurację), brak jakiejkolwiek lodówki gdzie można przechować jedzenie.

Short but wonderful.
Pros:

Really good. The classic european ambience with a nordic twist.

Cons:

Icy car park. Unavoidable in the sub-zero Svalbard but the risk of a comedy fall was ever present.

Lovely place to stay in a lovely place!
Pros:

The people were friendly and we were moved to a larger room on request because we had lots of luggage.

Cons:

There was a problem with the internet on the tv which no one knew how to fix. We suspect it was a long term issue that they avoided fixing but could be wrong.

Conveniently located property with basic amenities
Pros:

The vault is conveniently located near the main shopping mall with lots of restaurants within 2-3 minutes walk. There is also a sushi restaurant on site which serve sushi and other Japanese dishes.

Cons:

Majority of the staff were helpful except one at the reception.

The location! Everything else was good but the location is exceptional

No humidifier so extremely dry air in the hotel makes it hard to sleep well
