Pros:

地理位置很好，超市就在马路对面，机场大巴也很方便。而且距离最密集的居民区有一定距离，所以相对安静。早餐还不错。

Cons:

酒店洗手池的下水道被堵住了，下水非常非常慢。以及拖鞋一直被别的房间的人穿走，完成了一点困扰。

Cosy local hotel that has everything you need.
Pros:

Note this review is for Polfarenen as my booking was upgraded from the Vault, both hotels are under the same management. My room was spacious, with lots of hangers and hooks, perfect for winter coats, fleeces etc. I went in winter yet had to turn down the heating as the room was too warm! The bed was comfortable, and amenities including hairdryer were provided. Tea and coffee are included in the room, and if you run out you can wander down to the cosy reception area and help yourself to more.
The staff were pleasant and helpful without being intrusive. Breakfast was standard buffet fare, comprising of Norwegian, Continental and English options. I liked that it was served from 7 - 10am, so you could have a sleep in if you wanted.
Longyearbyen is a small town, so location is less important here. But the hotel is within 100 metres of the supermarket, mall and boutique shops. All tour operators will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel.

Cons:

Shower pressure was hit and miss, depending on the time of day. Water was always warm though.

Having to take your boots off and using the slippers inside

Cons:

The restaurant. I found the eveng meals were a bit on the pricy side and the evening staff could have done better. They did not have to describe each course when it was brought out as it was all on the menu and the reason I made my choices. Also, being served by 3 different people, instead of only one, meant there was no communication and I was questioned about a choice I made which I had already clarified before I made the choice, which then delayed me getting my bill and my having eventually having to ask for it after trying to get attention for it forcabout half an hour, leaving me feeling ignored and taking up a table longer than was necessary. As a single person that meal should not have taken over an hour and a half. The couple next to me gad to rush things at the end as they gadcan activity to try to. We ate course for course at the same time and I was still there over half an hour after they had to hurriedly leave.

Znakomita lokalizacja. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Ciepłe, przytulne i gustownie urządzone pokoje. Życzliwi i sympatyczni pracownicy hotelu. Śniadania smaczne. Spory wybór potraw. Dużym plusem całodobowa dostępność kawy i herbaty w przytulnym kąciku wyposażonym w kominek opalany naturalnym drewnem. Miejsce warte polecenia!

I will absolutely stay there again!
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The rooms/bathrooms were perfect.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was how warm the room was, but that is something I struggle with everywhere I go in most European hotels. I kept my window open the whole stay.

Godt fornøyd med oppholdet.
Pros:

Frokosten var bra med passe godt utvalg. Brødet var litt tørt og hardt. Kunne vært ferskere.
