Pros:

Worse experience and even worse food
Very short staffed and the staff has no clue of what they’re doing.

Pros:

Cafeteria/dinning was nice.

Cons:

Dirty bed sheets, open shower without a wall wetted toilet and made entire bathroom wet, bad location, very dirty with sand every where and expensive. Would not recommend it.

Exceptional !
Pros:

Exceded our expectations ! Super clean, large beautifully appointed rooms, amazing views from balcony rooms and from the restaurant. Restaurant menu extensive and yummy. Manager and staff lovely and very helpful. Situated at a very convenient point just outside Mandi on the road to Manali. I dont usually go to much effort with reviews but this place is special!
