Pros:

От отеля до главной улицы метров 50, при этом тихо, чисто, хороший завтрак. У нас из номера был вид на озеро: любовались горами и воздушными шарами. На главной улице вся жизнь: рестораны, магазины, обменные пункты. Ты живёшь как бы в центре, но сбоку. У менеджмента отеля европейское понимание бизнеса: завтрак привычный и с минимумом местных изысков. Прямо прекрасное место для остановки перед-или после трека.

Cons:

Все было хорошо, даже просьбу "мо-мо в номере, для ребенка, не острые " идеально выполнили.

Хорошие чистые номера. Вид на озеро. Местоположение супер. Вопросов никаких нет.

Я бронировал этот отель для своей группы. Мы хотели пойти в СПА после трекинга, но нам сказали, что СПА не работает из-за праздника. Нас уверили, что он будет работать на следующий день в 10:00. На следующий день СПА не открылся в 10, и менеджер сказал, что он откроется в 14. Мы переспросили, точно ли это произойдет? Он ответил, что точно. Естественно, СПА не открылся в 14, и он перенес на 16. В 16:00 СПА тоже не открылся, и мы поехали в другой СПА. Потом мы попросили включить хотя бы сауну, и нам ответили, что её включат без проблем. Когда мы пришли, чтобы узнать про сауну, сотрудник сказал, что сауна готова и вы можете идти. Мы пошли в сауну, но она была не включена. После этого мы оставили попытки решить этот вопрос и просто забили на ситуацию.

Еще хочу сказать про завтраки - это не уровень 4х звёзд. Тянет максимум на 3 звезды - картошка, сосиски, вареные овощи и яйца. Омлет приходилось выпрашивать. Очень не хотели его готовить. Сыра не было. Из фруктов только арбуз и папайя (в прошлый раз в Покхаре я жил в 4х звездочном отеле, и там было гораздо больше выбора фруктов и другой еды).

Ну и на последок скажу, что мы попросили отнести наши вещи в машину, и они делали этого больше 25 минут. Часть сумок спустили к лифту, а часть даже не забрали из номера. В итоге я перетаскал 7 огромных баулов своих клиентов на спине. Наверное они бы перетаскали сами, но девчонки реально ждали 25 минут и никто к ним не пришел.

Ну и еще отмечу, что ждали стирку больше суток. И нам её отдали уже когда мы опаздывали в аэропорт.

Вообщем то , отель хороший - номера чистые, вид из окна на озеро, местоположение супер. Но, вот, эта история со СПА выбесила всех моих клиентов. Мы пришли с гор, мы хотим пойти расслабиться, но у нас не было такой возможности, хотя это было заявлено в удобствах отеля, и я выбирал отель именно с этим расчетом.

Really great central yet quiet option. With spacious and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Excellent central yet quiet hotel, helpful staff, very nice and spacious rooms with nice balconies and very nice pool. Superb value.

Cons:

It is not ON the lake, but two minutes walk. Breakfast could be slightly more diverse with a bit more variety in general and vegetables specifically.
